The Raffle Submission Form is linked below:
https://form.jotform.com/193566390044158
It's pretty simple:
Click the link to go to the form
Fill out the personal information (only your CGC Board Name is required)
Rank the prizes in order of preference from 1 - 72 (You DO NOT have to rank every prize, usually 20 or so is good, but please do all if you want)
Click Submit on the bottom of the form
If you've entered your email (which you should) you'll get a copy of your submitted form. @The Sledder and I will also get a copy of this form.
Please refrain from changing your mind every 5-seconds and submitting a bunch of different forms. It creates confusion and despite our happy disposition, we will not be responsible for mass confusion.
The raffle starts Friday, December 27th at NOON (EST). Please have the form in by this time if not sooner.

Thanks for all the great donations.
For all those who have, and all those who will donate before the cut-off tomorrow (Monday, 12/23 at 12pm EST) make certain that your shipping preferences are correct.
Unless specifically noted, it is assumed that shipping will be worldwide on you.
I'm already working on the ranking submission form and I will go through the thread after cutoff tomorrow just to make certain I have everything correct. Once the ranking form has been finalized, and the link has been posted, it will not be amended.

Since I have no life, I've gone through the PMs and this thread, and would like to share a few numbers... just because you comic people like that kind of thing.
- Participants = 80
- Number of Participants who have confirmed (either through PM or in this thread) that they have sent a gift = 60
- Number of Participants who have confirmed (either through PM or in this thread) that they have received a gift = 37
Hopefully others, who have yet to do so, will chime in over the next couple of days.

What's the record for the number of board members who did not receive a gift by the 25th for any given year?
-
If any Secret Santa notices that their recipient has posted that they are patiently waiting, please feel free to send me a message to pass along to them and help set their minds at ease.
Also, if you've received your gift and haven't posted you've received something, please do so as well and help let your SS know that it has arrived safely.
I'm always happy to pass along info.

I really posted this more for the board members, like the one last year, who were not willing to speak up about it.
If I recall correctly, it was towards the middle/end of January when he posted.
It's hard sometimes for people to feel like they're whining about a gift, but it's really important for the community and towards personal mental health, to let me know, even if it's just a quick PM.

@fmaz made me think of something:
last year one of the board members never received their gift from their Secret Santa & it was well past Christmas when he posted this.
I think we should have some kind of back up plan if that happens again. Maybe they can post in the reveal thread they never got their package
I would be happy to have a back up present ready in case someone does not receive their gift.
@HollyJollyOne What do you think?
It has happened in the past and we have a list of people who, via the Gift Exchange Sign-Up Form on page 1, have indicated that they are willing to be a back-up Santa.
I would hope that if someone is stiffed by their Secret Santa that they would either post about it or contact me directly and let me start investigating and assigning a back-up.
I have no problem at all publicly calling out a dead-beat Santa and it should be known that not following through on your Gift Exchange is grounds for probation nomination. That said, I would never assign a back-up until after the 25th of December unless I was specifically told by the Secret Santa that they could not/would not follow through.
As it says in the opening post, "Everyone who signs up will get a gift... sooner or later."In fmaz's case, it's on its way.

29 confirmed raffle donations so far. If you've said you're in but haven't posted a prize yet, now's the time. Donation cutoff is under a week away (12/23 @ noon).

2019 Official Holiday Raffle Thread

Posted
Forms in from 36 of the 62 participants so far, with many of those saying they would like to pick live before using their form.
If you have said you'd like to pick live, or you haven't submitted a form, you'll have 5-minutes to make your pick before we either move on to your form or move on from you.
Any player who gets moved on from may pick as soon as they come back from whatever prizes are still available.
Since there are 62 Participants and 72 Prizes, once we hit player 62 the picking will continue in reverse until all 72 prizes are claimed.
(So it''l go like this: 60 - 61 - 62 - 62 (63) - 61 (64) - 60 (65) - 59 (66) - 58 (67)... etc.)
Have a good night, everyone.![zzz zzz](//content.invisioncic.com/r266625/emoticons/sleeping.gif.7e03cf297245314e3497c21c47b18111.gif)
