Thanks for the heads up. My books were delivered two days after yours so I hope mine start moving soon, they’re already behind schedule but I hope they’re delivered before NYCC. Ran into the same exact delays in September of 2022 with no on site grading.

and this is what scares me man. I haven't had any books lost before but definitely have some stuff damaged. I submitted in august thinkin I would have them back before NYCC and now that honestly looks like a longshot. TAT are going up each day that books sit there and CGC is offering no solution besides a sorry.

are you able to give me an estimate on how long this delay should take? It's pretty disheartening to see stuff already graded from the Rob Liefeld signing two weeks ago, yet I'm waiting on books that were delivered near 4 weeks ago. The end of this week will make 20 business days and next week will make 25 business days. thats almost twice the amount of time estimated and something needs to be done, sorry isn't fair to those of us who are sitting at the bottom of the pile due to on higher than normal amount of submissions, on site grading and your in house signing events. I'd like to know if those of us who submitted and are past our estimated turnaround time are put even further down the list when people utilize fast track. There needs to be more transparency about TAT more than it's an estimate. Would've just held onto my books if that was the case.

Just wanted to check in on the status of this order. Submission received on 8/28 when TAT was 14 days. I understand that TAT is an estimate but it has continuously gone up since they were received and is now at 28 days. If I knew turnaround times would double in the time that my package was sent, i would have held onto my books for Baltimore Comic Con. Can you provide those of us waiting with more accurate estimates or will turnaround times continue to increase while those of us who submitted will continue to get pushed to the bottom of the pile. Hello was trying to get some information about a book from the Sanford Greene private signing. Signing was closed on 7/12 but I saw that Liefeld was in the office last week and it seems like people are already receiving books back from that. Just wanted to get some information as there weren't any updates and it looks like my book was signed much earlier than the ones from the Liefeld signing but haven't heard anything. Thank you

Hello, trying to get some info on submission 4451207. Item has been in Grading/Quality Control since 7/1 and I had a submission that was received the same day that has already shipped. Also no updates on my re-holder submission 4450036 that was received a day prior to both of the other submissions, still stuck in scheduled for grading.

Any info on submissions being stuck in Grading/Quality control for over 2 weeks? Had an order that was received the same day that shipped 5 days ago. Seems like stuff is way out of wack. Meanwhile have a reholder that was delivered two days before and hasn't even hit the reholder process with no update. Just trying to gain some clarity as I thought orders were worked in First In First Out method.

Do you have any estimate of when they could ship? Have been in Quality Control since last Monday.

Just wondering, has there been an uptick in universal submissions stuck in Quality Control/Grading for prolonged periods of time? Usually it's two days at the most for me but I have 2 submissions stuck in 5+ day lulls.

Do you have the spider-man 2 tie in a 9.8. Pretty easy one to find but a cool one none the less.

Modern SS (Signed at midtown so had to be submitted on their account) Submitted on 10/5/18 @ NYCC Sitting at Received 10/24/18 Has yet to progress past received. $188 for 2 signatures plus grading from Midtown, last time I'll be doing that. Wish they let us take reps and just submit on our own accounts, already got my other books back from NYCC. 25 business days since submission, 12 business days since received. 13 days to get to from submitted to received. Called CGC to get an update since I don't have access to the invoice online since it was submitted through Midtown. They said 3 more weeks before it gets to verified. Have a feeling I'm not seeing any of these books until next year.

Modern SS Fast Track Submitted on 10/5/18 @ NYCC Received 10/23/18 Verified 10/24/18 seems like paying $10 for each book for Fast Track wasn't worth it. 13 Business days to get to from con submission to Verified is a little ouch in comparison to submissions from SDCC this year and NYCC last year.

Anyone still waiting for NYCC submissions? SS fast track modern submitted on 10/5/2018, haven’t even gotten an invoice to pop up on the website.
