    Hi, I picked up this Shock Suspenstories and noticed that the bottom staple has been removed. It's noted in the graders notes (below). I read that a removed staple typically gets a conserved grade. Is that true and the universal grade is a mistake? Or can a missing staple still get a universal label? Thanks!
