Hi all! A very good friend of mine named Daniel spent the last year or so building his new store called Chewmies Comics & Collectibles - Home. This has been a life-long dream of his which finally came true through his hard work and dedication. If you live in or visit the area, please stop by and introduce yourself to him as he recently did a soft opening. Daniel is an exceptional person who is a family-man and has a genuine love for comics and collectibles. I have no doubt you will enjoy talking with him and he will work with you to make sure you are happy with anything you purchase. His website is currently a work in progress, but feel free to take a look when you have some time. Please mention CHASEnBLUE (Aaron) made you aware of his wonderful store! Here are a few photos of what you may find at Chewmies! (Ask him how he came up with the name) Thank you @CGC Mike for allowing me to post this. (Not sure why some images are turned. I tried to fix in the editor but they are still staying this way for some reason)

If the OP has a photo of the comic slab in question.

WBut true, though I just tap mine on the side a couple of times until the comic is centered. I've had them be shifted to one side or another often, mostly due to shipping or incorrect placement (or both). Maybe one or two per submission. Do you have a photo?

Spider-Man #7's (Spider-boy) arrived a day early for those of you that took advantage of the donation special for the Thomas family! I'll be working on packing these up throughout the afternoon and evening, get shipping labels made, and then send out tomorrow morning. Expect tracking numbers and whatnot to your PM's at some point. I hope I have everyone listed... @skypinkblu @Gsims718 @mattn792 @g-man @scooter99 @loboagain @Dormian @KingsJester @JustJimN @MBFan @toro @Buzzetta @CAHokie @SpideyFein @Hibou @GAMBIT

I'm just about to post a submission that just came in today and they were all C&P'd by @Tony S who has always done great work for me. I'm glad to have the 9.4s and above with these, and the two 9.0's - well, I'm not surprised with because they were in pretty rough shape! Loving the newsies, especially the Excalibur wrap around cover.

Looks good to me!

Moderns that are heating up on ebay!

I expected nothing less!😁 -
Over the last three years, I have had approximately 500 comics graded - mostly modern and variant/limited covers. The most painful experience if you will during this time was an entire batch of comics that I pre-screened at 9.8 myself. I miss the mark every now and then and get back a 9.6 or even a 9.4, but not very often. All but three I believe it was had the same FC lower left impact crunch to varying degrees. Short version...those were definitely not there when I prescreened and boxed them, which I do very meticulously and solid. In my interactions with customer service the biggest thing is they wanted pictures if I had them of the comics' condition prior to shipping to them. Obviously I did not, so it was impossible to prove they had mishandled. After me being adamant several times that the likelihood of getting this many impact crunches would be rare to say the least, and even stating they could look at my average grades on previous submissions, why the heck would I send in brand new moderns that I expect to get only a 9.0 or 9.2 instead. Makes no sense, especially with titles such as Strange Academy #1. Ultimately, I think they got tired of me bugging them and said resubmit and they would press without charge and regrade. Well, unfortunately - I don't think they tried pressing at all and they came back with the same grades. Good luck~

Ok all, I quoted everyone who took one. If you have not done so already, please make the donation through the GoFundMe link and pm me your mailing info. If I missed you here please let me know. I expect to get these Friday, inspect them and box securely as always, and get them out on Monday the 22nd. If any hiccups occur I will keep you each posted and will send you tracking info through pm next weekend. I'm happy to be among a wonderful and generous group of people here on the boards. May God bless you and your families ten-fold. Thank you! Aaron @skypinkblu

Since two sold of three Spider-man #7's right away (very late in the evening), let's increase the donation totals available to seven (7) on my end. So, there are now five (5) of these available at $75 each shipped (estimated shipping date Monday, May 22). God bless everyone in this thread so far with their selfless donations being monetary or product.
