  12. The vid's not available in the UK, but I know the song, great match for the book, classic opening to the track.
  13. Taking into account that it's a newsprint cover, besides the punch holes (No affect to the story), there are a few light stains, it looks as if it would grade a 6.0/6.5 green label, and a 4.0 ish blue. See what others think. Reference to punch holes here might be of some help....
  14. Looks to be around the 8.0/8.5 mark, but hard to tell with the glare on the back cover. Any chance of a retake on that?
