But my pipes never burst, nor did my power go off, etc, and the delivery should be tomorrow
So far so good
I know people that those happened too so warm thoughts
That's good to hear you had no issues. I live in North Dakota so I am used to the cold and snow, we just had a 10 day stretch were we didn't get above zero. Mornings we were at -22 below with - 40 below wind chill.

So Thank God for no busted pipes, power turned off, and package deliveries....workind out
If I could just mail something I sold, I'd be all set

It is 102'"x 96" x 30" they have several different configurations or you can buy them as a set.
And they are heavy duty like 2000 lbs per shelf up to 4 shelves 8000 lbs

How big is that shelf? I like the look of that and might steal it from you. Or at least something similar.

We moved six months ago & I finally got around to unpacking the office/comic room!
We have a *lot* more space to work with here, so I get my own private sanctuary, instead of being lumped in with the family/media room in the old house.
Some of the art & books are on the wall, but not much. Some of it needs to be re-framed, as I was able to pick up a pair of original pen & ink pieces from the artists to go with the prints I had. Going to get them framed up together like the Venom & Carnage piece in front of my desk by Atom Todd.
The wall with the long & short boxes is going to get custom shelving similar to what I had in the old house, but this time I’m doing full aluminum square tube frames (for strength) & building a wood box around it (for aesthetics). The wood cabinets were plenty stout, but I had to leave them behind because they were built in; I want these to be stand alone cabinets that I can take with if I move again. I’m also making the depth sufficient to fit the BCW black plastic long boxes, & height tall enough for the graded plastic boxes. Last time I had the width to fit four boxes across but it was tight. Going to give myself a little extra wiggle room this time. Also, going to limit it to three high on the long boxes to save some wear & tear on my back, and maybe I can get a little bit of countertop or display space for toys & statues.
I kept the fold-down couch because naps are amazing & occasionally my better half likes to come in and work on her crochet projects while I’m working. The chair is a wonderful leather lounge chair that is horrible as a desk chair, but it’s what I have to work with right now, and is super comfortable.
Updates as I get projects completed. Let me know what you think & if you have any recommendations. I have the materials in the garage to build a hutch for the desk, but I’m torn; I kind of like having the art wall instead of storage, but I have all those Aliens toys that I want to display. 🤣
As an aside, I tried to upload a panoramic photo & it didn’t take; wrong file size or something.
The frame you have of all the Carnage covers looks like , you should give it to me. LOL

Sigh....I was hoping mine from Oct 31 were going to be SFG any day now, but I guess not
So once they come back from CCS then I start the 40 day grading wait. Over 5 months is a bit long, but yet I keep sending them in 15 more on the way 3 for signatures.

Wow. When was the signing and did you have the book pressed?
It was in November and yes it was pressed

I have been collecting for over 30 years and refuse to get rid of books, my wife says she hates me but I think it is just a phase. I continue to buy and grade with no plan of slowing down, life is good!!

Thank You @DINGER033
I assume your in-house signing that shipped on the 13th
that it got the new received date when back from pressing on the 5th
so about 7 business days
and mine got a new received date on the 14th so maybe by Friday still at sfg haha
Yes when they come back from pressing they get a NEW RECEIVED date. I just think it is odd that i got books back that were sent in a month later and the others are so far behind?
