Hey Gene, Thanks for checking in.. no paper loss , slightly rough like water at one point in the spot but does not stain the book as I showed in the second set of pics... Your thoughts are what is stumping me because the gloss spine etc are great! the book feels like a much newer comic in hand . Even the corner crease blends well. Thanks for all the responses and respondents but I think you confirmed my fears. When I bought it online I was hoping with a press and some cleaning it would be an upgrade on the 5.5 I already have.. but my hopes were dashed!! Unless a get a great grader whenever I send it in!

Well I do feel bad.. but an opportunity popped up for something that never comes available. That I have been looking for for a long time. After speaking to a few people I obviously got a screaming deal and I am not emotionally attached to it yet.. SO would you prefer I put it on EBAY or an auction house where people can pay a ton of fees and taxes or sell to a dealer behind closed doors so you can see it with even more of a mark up? Just wondering.
