Some more Creeps, 9 & 11. I'd say both are fine or better.

The Famous Monsters 113 is a 2.0 and the MOTM 8 is about a 4.0. Got 'em cheap. The FM 113 cover was released as a poster for many years.

It's a mental illness for some of us.

I'm pushing 60 and need to get rid of about half of my collection, which is worthless. So next year I'm going to get aggressive and what I can't trade will be donated.

This cover by Gogos has popped up a zillion times. I'd give the magazine at least a 7.0 to 8.0 grade.

I've seen a 2.5, and this isn't it. Unless there is something terribly wrong with the bc or insides, it looks way better than that grade. It looks better than my Showcase 55 which was graded as a 2.5 (see above).

Two new arrivals. Never tried CREEPS but I have a few more coming. This is issue 15. Hopefully half of the stories will live up to the enticing covers. Also a 1964 Famous MOnsters Yearbook that stretches to grade out at  4.0.

From the above trade, FM 122 at a solid 4.0. 128 at a 4.5

Even though I have FM 57 as a digital copy, this is one I wanted to have on hand. Picked up in trade as a 5.0. FM 63 from the same trade graded as a 5.5.

Picked this one up off of ebay . There is some creasing on the back cover. I usually buy thinking that the item is at least one grade lower than sold as. This was sold as an 8.0. I'm calling it a 7.5 and am happy with it as it still has a glossy cover and a great spine.

It used to be that a sub fold dropped it down to a vg.

That tape is a killer (for me anyway) and wouldn't go any higher than a 3.0. Your CGC mileage may vary.

2.0 to 2.5 for me. CGC would grade it higher.

Advertised as a beater and it is. But it was cheap and I'm looking forward to reading it soon.

Why would anyone slab a book with an ad for MEGAFORCE on it? We played that movie first run for two weeks to mostly empty seats. How that didn't ruin the careers of everyone involved, I'll never understand. Gives me the dry heaves.

MCS tends to be pretty tough graders. The back cover has some tanning issues, but nothing hideous.

It has to be over 20 years since I tried to buy anything from them. Back in those days it took forever to get a package back, or in those joyous occasions, store credit you could only use on 50 cent books if they were out of stock. Cashed in my chips and never went back.

I banned myself from buying from MHC.

Picked this up in a trade. Graded as a 2.5. I'd whiffed on a couple of these before, so was happy to get this one.
