I have no idea about the Batman, I've mostly found Marvel, but I am starting to see it is not limited to them. It appears lots of DVDs/VHS came with mini comics. Maybe not lots, but way more than I thought.

The link you sent, showing those comics, appear to all be in stock. Are those the ones you are talking about?

Just to verify what you are talking about, when you say "Grand Comics Database", do you mean comics.org? Or is there another place? Sorry for the noob question. - EDIT: I figured it out on my own. I see they are one and the same.

Hi everyone! I don't know if I ever introduced myself, but I'm Johnny. I live in the United States. I'm very new to the whole comic collecting thing (It's been about 6 months). It all started with me purchasing about 300 comics at an estate sale, that I had intentions of selling on eBay, but that clearly never happened, because now I'm here. I've been using the last 6 months to fill myself with Knowledge. I have been creeping here on the boards, but haven't been super active. Just trying to learn everything. I've sent off a few groups of comics to get graded. Thank the Lord my better half has been helping me with my collecting, she won't admit it, but I think she enjoys it a little too. Currently focused on ASM, ASM Mini comics (dvd variants), and Iron Man. I don't have anything too crazy yet, but I have dreams lol. My prized possessions right now, are probably Iron Man #1 (working on 1st APP), or ASM 300 (hopefully 9.6+, but I'm still waiting for it to get back to me). I hope to gain more knowledge from all of you, and thank you for letting me be on here, and learning from all of you!

Dang, that definitely helps with the ASM ones, I just wish it had which dvd's it came with. From what I have found so far, it's been cheaper to buy a new copy of the dvd then to buy the comic itself. I do see the one listing you have for the looney toons as well. When I get some more free time, I will try to research that one too! Pretty sweet! That's awesome as well! I guess that's kind of my "Thing", I kinda like all the promo stuff, and harder to find mini comics, etc.. I currently have 15+ copies of ASM 50 Mini, and ASM 300 mini. Trying to expand that a bit. The link for this above also has some other sweet mini comics on there as well! I really don't have much in the way of DC stuff, very very small amounts, but maybe I should start expanding that. I've only been doing this about half a year now, ASM 300 really is what started it, maybe that's why I've stayed with Marvel. Plus the just trying to learn the Marvel comics, variants, promo's, grades, etc.. has been somewhat hard to do lol.

It appears you are correct, this version of Spider-Man Homecoming does come with a comic book, however, I am not sure which one yet.

I'll try and look into those. I see one of the versions of FF four Rise of the silver surfer does come with a comic, but I'm still trying to figure out which edition does, and the UPC for that edition.

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is having a great day, especially as we push closer to the Holiday's! I mainly collect ASM, Iron Man, and anything else I can really get my hands on (I have a hard time selling any comic lol). Anyways, I love finding different variants and limited production runs, and mini comics! I've learned a couple Mini Comics, and which DVD's they come with, but I'm looking to expand my list an knowledge! I'm sure all of you know more than I do on this matter, as I am very new to this. My research skills aren't the best either, so my apologies. ASM 300 Grading/Pressing Invoice date: 9/25 Status still received Although, I think my credit card just got charged two days ago for the pressing only.

If I remember correctly, it took a few days to be shipped after being encapsulated. I can’t remember 100%, I’m still a noob to this, but I don’t remember it taking very long.

Probably because you only sent one or two in, and it moved out of this step quickly? I could be very wrong, I’m just assuming here.

I’m super new to this, but I’ve started slabbing some books I found from my childhood, and some key issues I’ve just fallen in love with. I’m 26 now, and haven’t touched a comic since I was probably 10. I some how came across a bunch at an estate sale and bought them all up. (Roughly 600 for 100 bucks) I wasn’t going to buy them but my girlfriend talked me into it. Long story short the comic in there that really caught my eye was ASM 300. That comic pretty much got me into collecting. I was going to sell them all at first.. but now I buy more and more comics and slab my favorites lol. Sorry for the long story, but the comics I slab are just the ones that catch my eye the most, or a goal I set like ASM 300-400. Things like that.

I did notice that post from September. They also stated that you can search for your invoice number since it won’t show, and every time I do that, it can not find any of my Cgc invoice numbers. So I pretty much have no access to the status of the comics. I was just hoping I wasn’t the only one with this issue.

I just checked yesterday, and my invoices were showing up when I went to "View Status" of my submissions. Now, I am getting something saying "no invoice found". Am I missing something? I had 3 invoices on there, and two of which were waiting in line to be graded. Any suggestions?

I am just as new to it as you are. All I can tell you is collectorz seems seems to have everything I need and more. I was able to put in over 600 comics in a very short period of time. Older comics, took a little longer because of not having barcodes or things like that. I am very happy with the service, I have the cloud, the phone app, and the computer version. I can put in purchase price, and things of that nature. I just read they did an update for cover art, but I haven’t really looked into that yet. I have the barcode scanning option as well. You basically use your phone as the barcode reader and it inputs them that way. Very neat, and great for newer comics! Sometimes all the variants aren’t on there, but I haven’t really figured that part out yet. Overall I’m happy with it, and it helps me keep track of where my comics are too.

Very good advice, thank you. Yea I guess I could call, and that wouldn’t be an issue. It was just strange to me without the tracking being updated, but who knows. Thank you all for all the responses!
