  1. The last issues of any series for all publishers would have had a much lower print run than normal I believe. Titles that ended with little to no warning to readers were due to poor and declining sales. I find the scarcest newsstand Canadian price variant dated from 9/82 on to be Josie #106 in my opinion. The only Canadian price variant of that series and the indicia states in that final issue that the book was down to an amazing low publication of just 2 times a year!. I have seen only 2 copies of that newsstand Canadian price variant surface so far.
  2. Canadian/UK newsstand price variants sold in Canada and the UK.
  3. Is that your personal copy? Super nice! I'm anxiously waiting for mine to come back from CGC...There is another copy on eBay now, exact same grade. It's my former copy that I sent in as a raw copy to CGC that sold a few years ago. I now wish I still had it.
  4. US published edition 75 cent Canadian price variant of Archie's Girls Betty and Veronica #320.
  5. 35c Canadian price variant. Archie & Reggie in drag comic story inside.
  6. Katy Keene Pin-up Parade #1. US first print edition 35c Canadian price variant
  7. Club Med appears to be about a vacation offering. Here is an ad for Club Med I noticed on line.
  8. Archie's Pals 'N' Gals #23----35 cent price variant.
  9. Another 35 cent Archie price variant----Archie Annual #10.
  10. Check out the number of CGC copies of The Amazing Spider-Man #252 graded currently on the CGC census versus the US edition Canadian price variants of A.S.M #252. One will be amazed in the huge difference in numbers.
  11. They are the exact same books and off the same first print run. Only a higher cover price is present on the cover being the only difference at all. They are simply US first print editions with Canadian cover prices sold in Canada. Due to the size of Canada versus the US the print runs were most likely about 10X smaller on the Canadian price variants sold in Canada thus they are scarcer. I would imagine they should be worth more than the regular cover price editions based on supply and demand .
  12. Jughead Annual #1 35 cent price variant.
  13. An Archie's Mad House #22 found in a CGC 6.0 grade or better appears scarce to find and in a CGC 7.5 or better appears "rare" to find with the worlds best known copy of Archie's Mad House #22 being the Western Penn pedigree copy in CGC 9.0 and the second highest CGC graded copy a VF- 7.5 on the CGC census last I checked. True high grade copies of this book appear to almost never surface.
  14. Archie's Mad House 22 the grail Archie 15 cent price variant key book to find when hunting down the 112 of these price variants that are out there.
  15. First Archie Annual 35c price variant of the series and first 100 page format issue released of the series. All prior Archie Annual issues of the series consisted of a larger page count format.
  16. This is what we have... Three more verified to exist were added to the list----Adventures of the Jaguar #10, Archie Comics #126 and Life with Archie #13.
  17. Archie Giant Series Magazine #1 (35 cent cover price) US first print edition with a nice! Christmas cover.
