Why do people continue to use these people? There are other facilitators who do the same signings and guess what? They return calls/emails fast. No really they do. They also gasp, submit the books to cgc quickly. I know bonkers. They also care if the customer is happy and don't have the mindset, money in hand so customer service is done done done. You should be ok, Send as is and pack carefully and send to CGC as reholder. They would contact you if they can't reholder it. You would need a collector's society account or know a person with an account to send in the book under reholder service.

Which is why you need to be accurate with your tiers. You shouldn't be sending in books if you have zero knowledge of grading. You might be throwing money away and slowing the grading time for people who can grade
