  1. Too many ticks for a 9.6. I"m on the fence but i"ll go with the Jedi Apprentice on this one.
  2. George Perez is like that, his art signature is why better than his comic signature
  3. Not what i was referring too but thanks for playing. Hope everything works out for Lloyd
  4. wear concrete shoes this weekend. Hope the storm misses Hawaii
  5. That book is a 9.0 all day long. Get it cleaned and pressed to a 9.2.
  6. Does CGC still pay for labels? I wouldn't send these to the pressing factory at CCS. I would use a reputable private presser who will take time with your books and then send in to CGC. Feel free to PM me if you want a good company.
  7. Why are you even here if you don't like CGC? You always seem to be negative and that's coming from myself, Mr. Negative. At least i like graded books.
  8. I thought 7.0 but i went to the Chuck Rozanski school of grading.
  9. I would say no higher than a 3.0 with all that dirt and rusty staples
  10. I'm sure you're aware that you are still in the Hall of Shame. How are you even posting here knowing you screwed enough people to be a Shame member? Just curious.
  11. comicbookrealm Bob don't you need a run of spiderman with one key for 30k?
  12. Get that sucker cleaned and pressed. Looks like a ton of dirt on bc and maybe that smoot on the front can get removed.
  13. Why aren't my 60 business days comics done? It's been exactly 2 months and I mean business.
  14. Unless it's a very high dollar golden age book, I wouldn't get anything restored. It all depends on what book you are talking about. Pressing does not remove color breaks but depending on how deep, can affect the magnitude of the break. If the note says a defect but not color break, there is a good chance it can be improved. Generally speaking.
  15. i would crack and press them all. The staple tear is pretty common on that book. Light bends, creases, soiling, fingerprints all have a great shot at being removed. Even a half grade bump would pay for the chance of getting full grade + bumps. Send it to someone who knows what they are doing and don't listen to the "experts" above.
  16. Grader looked at picture and said more than likely no so just selling it raw.
  17. Talked to CGC it's a no go. Thanks for the heads up Lion.
  18. I did some looking and it says on CGC site that the new slabs allow overhang. Is there regular overhang and then severe overhang or something?
  19. These are always fun. I had one like this also back in the day hence my custom title. Nerve wracking but funny aftewards
