Here are a couple more clearer shots of the spine.

Picked up a Swamp Thing #1 at 8.5 the other day. Old case, graded in 2012. The case is pretty scratched up so I was thinking of getting the reholder service. Question is, should I get it pressed and re-submit for a possible grade bump? The grader notes are: Left Top Front Cover Small Multiple Bend Breaks Color. I see some dents that can be improved, but obviously the color breaking spine ticks will still be there. Any possibility to get to a 9.0?

I buy mostly digital now. Still have a pull list for a few titles and will pick up a trade every now and then, but it's mostly about storage for me. I have no interest in storing/managing boxes of modern comics that are mostly worthless after I finish reading them. Plus you can get great deals digitally. Comixology often has really good sales, especially around holidays; I bought each omnibus of Hellboy for $5 during a Halloween sale - can't bring those big physical hardcovers on a plane to read!

Ive tried a few groups and haven’t had much success. One was a low grade only group (6 and under) and I had an ASM 7.0 on there for $15 (simple cross post from another group), it was deleted and was told to “read the rules!” 🙄 Another one chastised me for offering media mail shipping on a $15 dollar book - Would have been happy to ship anyway the buyer liked! So yeah, it’s weird. And I can’t really take the constant bad memes and off topic posts. Maybe I just gotta find the right group.

I love the 50's Michael Cho cover. I'll be picking that up along with the Steve Rude 1930s and Wrightson 1970s.
