Let’s get all the terms out of the way and then we can start having the fun of looking at the comics we have for sale! First and foremost in the thread trumps all ongoing PM chatter. With that said, for those of you that know me, you know that I love to haggle so please if you see a book you want to make an offer on, feel free to do so via PM. The worst I can do is say no or make a counter to your offer. Secondly, no HOS or Probation List buyers please. I don’t have time to mess around with trying to figure out whether or not you’re going to hose me six weeks after the sale in some way so let’s just skip that part and say you’re not allowed. Rectify your HOS or PL issue and you’re more than welcome. Estimated Shipping Cost - Shipping will be $15 per book no matter how many you purchase. Estimated insurance will be 3% of your total purchase price. (i.e. $1,000 add $30 for insurance, $1,500 add $45, $2,000 add $60 etc. etc.) and will be via US Priority Mail. Estimated shipment time – within five business days of cleared final payment. I am unfortunately not Amazon Prime and I do not guarantee same day shipment. If for some reason you need me to expedite your package then please discuss prior to purchase. If I have the flexibility and bandwidth in my weekly schedule to accommodate same day or next day shipment then I’ll be glad to do it. I just will not guarantee it. No returns on graded comics so make sure you are certain that you’re buying what you want to buy, because once it’s yours, it is yours and I’m sure you’ll love it! Trades not encouraged, but will be considered if they are 25% in my favor. Payment plans are available. The terms are as follows: 10% non-refundable down payment/deposit required. 30% of the balance due every 30 days until balance is paid in full. Example Total bill is $1,000 so you pay $100 non-refundable, then in thirty days $300 is due, then in another 30 days $300 is due, then the final payment of $300 is due thirty days later and then your purchase is shipped. I have found by requiring the 10% up front I have never had someone cancel a payment plan. These books are being offered on the boards first before being put into other venues. I have based my asking prices on comparable books currently available online and undercut those prices. In other words, if you want the book in the grade shown, then you shouldn’t be able to find it for less money elsewhere. If you do, send me a link to the sale privately and I may lower the asking price of mine depending on whether or not it’s a reputable venue and if the book is truly comparable. What are the accepted methods of payment on the boards? I know PayPal Goods & Services is accepted...what about Venmo? Cash App? Personal Check? Certified Check? Cashier's Check? Call and pay by credit card? I'm just curious, I read the rules and it doesn't say a specific one and I thought that was odd.

I see people on Facebook bemoan never finding any good deals or not believing that a collector would ever dump their collection for a few hundred bucks. To some people it really isn't about the money, they just don't want to throw the stuff away and they don't want to give it away either so if they get $550 then it feels like a win....without turning liquidation into a part time job.

And speaking of beautiful books. I was really hoping this Shock Suspenstories 10 was going to hit 9.0 when I first saw it. It has instead come back as an 8.5. Shock Suspenstories 10 CGC 8.5 OW/W $850 ($100 less than it will be on eBay if it doesn’t sell here.) And again due to glare I’ve included pre-grade scans of the book.
