in the thread trumps PM negotiations. Price becomes more negotiable the longer the thread is open, but feel free to shoot me an offer if you don’t like my price.
Usual forum rules apply. No Probies or HOS folks. Price includes shipping and insurance inside the US. Outside the country? Let’s talk and I’ll get a quote. welcome to let me know you like the books you see.
Payment via PayPal or if you have very solid references then a check is acceptable. PayPal preferred.

collectorsfreeway - 1678 feedback score, zero integrity. If I still sold anything worth a on eBay, I'd block him twice.
Had a run in with him?

collectorsfreeway requested to return two CGC graded books after having them in his possession for two weeks. Reason given was “I decided I don’t like them.” I declined the return and the buyer left negative feedback and then proceeded to offer to remove the feedback if I would agree to an exchange.

I'm just waiting for a seller to have a massive haul of books, invite someone over, have them spend all their time cherry-picking and grabbing books and then at the end say "thanks for telling me what I should look up! Have a goodnight!"
That happened to me once. Once. After I dug everything out he whipped out an overstreet. It was right about then that I walked.

I don't see why that wouldn't be okay since you know the grades already. After re-reading the rules, Rule #7 below says a scan is not needed and I do not see where the book must be in hand.
My personal feeling is you should have the book in hand with scans. I assume your thread rules would be I'll Take pending scan which always seems cumbersome to me. If you have raw scans, I think posting those would be great but if you are having them pressed, that could change the appearance of the raw book. Also on the rare occasion that a book is damaged or mis-labeled by CGC, then the buyer may not be willing to wait for you to have it re-holdered.
But those are just my thoughts and unless someone knows differently, it certainly seems to meet the requirements.
By the way, are you still in Tulsa?
7. List scans or an estimated grade of the offered books (additional information giving the rationale for the grade is also beneficial and will help your sale - ESPECIALLY if you do not have a scan - but not required in the initial post).
I am still in Tulsa

Been a while since I’ve used marketplace for selling. It seems like a seller used to be able to sell books that were en route from CGC if they wanted to back a few years ago. Is that still the case? I have 25 books heading my way and the majority of them will be for sale.

Tim Holt #26 CGC 5.5 DOUBLE COVER (outer cover 5.0 and interior cover 5.5) Mohawk Valley Pedigree $185
Upon my close inspection, I have absolutely no idea why they gave low grade for this beautiful copy. I didn't see any significant defects. There is a tiny piece inside the encapsulation.
The copy was graded in 2003 and there is no grade note until 2009. I believe this copy is better than 5.5.

Awesome books...free advice. Try splitting the books up to individual sales. I’ve tried the group/lot thing before and it’s just harder to find a buyer. Good luck!

Two EC Books freshly back from CGC

Crime Suspenstories 20 CGC 6.0 OW
$2495 ($200 less than it will be on eBay if it doesn’t sell here)
Beautiful book with the notoriety of being referenced in Seduction of the Innocence. I’ve included scans from before it was graded due to the awful glare that I can never seem to get around when I take pics of slabs.
