I go to ABC infrequently. Their back issue prices are a bit steep. But they have a huge selection and multiple storefronts all connected. I am closest to Rogue’s gallery, unfortunately they have ZERO back issues. Great prices on new incentive books. Bat City is where I call home, they are a non-profit. Have a weekly FB “wine” down video and does a zoom book club. Titan Moon I have been to a few times with @BladeTX.

I am down, I am right outside Austin. Which store, ABC, Dragon’s Lair, Bat City, Rogue’s, Titan Moon? I am from VA and while everyone else slept next to the fireplace, I slept in my bed. Granted I was fully clothed, but still. I also went out every other day to check the roads. Didn’t spin out once, slow and steady wins the race! Well fly on down, I have a couch.... And have a Buc-ee’s 1 hour north or south. LOVE Buc-ee’s

Other than 60ish hours without power then 4 days with a boil only water notice, we did fine. New place has a fireplace and we were lucky enough to find firewood. Board games 4tw! And understanding bosses as I didn't have to use any PTO for it, I was keeping track of the company comings and goings from my cell phone and charging it from my car. 6hrs of running my car on idle with a surge strip charging a laptop in the house and full heat, including seat warmers, with cell phone(s) charging and listening to the radio only knocked down about 6 miles of gas from my tank. Are we all except FTG from Texas???? Should do a Flashlites Contest get together.

Don't see another started for him. He is killing it on his Crossover covers and recently got a Marvel cover artist gig. Crossover #1 Crossover #2 (wraparound) Crossover #4 (connecting covers) Crossover #5 (connecting with #6) - this was just announced today He has a bunch of other covers too, but these are by favorite and pretty much the only Crossover variants I am going after.

You can request a universal, it is a .5 though so pretty sure it took the hit into account for the price sticker.

Doesn't Marvel/DC have minimums as well? Just means anytime you see a less than 500 printing for whatever reason that is all they are releasing to the public.They could be keeping the rest for various purposes, giveaways or damage replacements, etc.

My local Wallyworld was stocked this morning with the new 3 packs. It was what looked like a brand new box. I picked up a High Republic, left all the rest for others to get.

You will need to read it to believe that issue 5 actually does a great job of wrapping it nicely for Season 1. And issue 2 was amazing, it holds NOTHING on issue 4 though, I was speechless and teary eyed. I picked up the series solely on the recommendation of a LCS. I figured why not and got their last copy of 1st print #1. I am very happy I did. Yes "sorta"...... It is a futuristic story about Earth and how the planet has gone through many iterations of trying to destroy us but we have always succeeded to survive. Now we are told by some alien race that the planet will finally win and we are going to die, but there is hope. 5000 kids are allowed to survive by wearing these armbands and getting to a beacon at various places on the planet to be wisked away to another planet and start anew. You follow a young girl and her little brother on their journey to one of these beacons, she found the armband and gave it to her little brother for him to survive.

Anyone else reading this title? The #1 was imo a surprise "hit" that pushed it to a 2nd printing. Season 1 just finished with issue #5. The art is fun, the story is engaging, and they have QR codes in each one that link to Youtube music that is supposed to link to the book as you read it.

When it is popular CVL offerings go very quickly. And they are great at adjusting those that add extra to orders to try and get more than allowed, whether intentional or not. I too grabbed a Radiant Black. I enjoyed the 1st issue.
