    I would say it depends on your relationship with the LCS and if you have your own account and push the issue. In reality why would you use a LCS if you have your own account in that instance though? The real rub here is that the service he was receiving was well under what it should have been. No way should he be hung up on, now that is assuming respectful interaction on both parts. Either way a simple "hey where is my books?" should not last a year, when it does I would expect a less than positive attitude from the customer and the store should know how to handle that situation. If this is standard practice for said establishment then they should have impressed that upon the customer from the very beginning.....

    I would definitely recommend trying out subbing directly to CGC, with them having the shipping kits now as well, it is a no brainer. Also yeah the free submissions thanks to the 'rona is a plus.

    I have only submitted through a con myself. I would have to have a really good relationship with the LCS in order to submit through them. This is just me though.

    I have called in a few times and always had a polite individual on the other end. The information received has not always been the most accurate but they have always routed me at least to the correct rep when needed to escalate the matter. The best CS experience though has been face to face at a con, Brittany is absolutely the best at what she does for CGC.

    So let me point out if the lingering aerosol research is correct then masks are pretty useless. It would infect by simply getting on your skin or in your eyes. Any open area would then able to absorb it, no?

    Wouldn't a 0.15% kill rate times 200 be a 30% kill rate not 3%? Not trying to downplay what you are so eloquently trying to convey. While even 20 times deadlier is still terrible it is far less than 200. Below isn't for you specifically MusterMark just in general. Roughly 1k cases are being added per hour to the overall tally worldwide. But do keep in mind of the 204k confirmed cases (right now) roughly 112k of those are in China (81k) and Italy (31k) with about 68% of the reported deaths being in those 2 countries as well. While the rest of the world is quickly gaining more cases. What did China and Italy do that everyone either did or didn't do?
