  1. At least they wouldn't need much makeup to turn him into a walker. He is ugly enough already!
  2. That is funny right there. Oh if it was an old school beeper you could do the old 5318008 trick!
  3. Everybody has off days. This has been one heck of an off week, imo. Glad he is ok. The awards will come.
  4. You have been looking forward to this since I started posting and we became friends. Don't let any naysayers ruffle your feathers!
  5. He has 21 minutes to call over and over. I estimate roughly 4 calls in that time.
  6. They like giving you an anxiety attack!
  7. I am going to say this now. Thanks for this, your perspective is pretty awesome.
  8. Welcome, just whatever you do keep your daughter away from that shady Wayne character!
  9. Glad to hear that they did it random. Figured it would go quick.
  10. Was it random which number you received of 192?
  11. I am a bit disappointed that you don't charge them this tier AND the CGC fees. I mean come on it is only fair to you!
  12. What nice day for a walk outside....
  13. You definitely never want to visit Australia. They have spiders that fly.......
  14. And how quickly a data breach changes the scenario. So a simple "its cool I am safe to have my comics and info in this registry" turns into the "mutant registration act" ....
  15. Just don't do something you will later regret doing. If the graphic novels brought you joy before they could again. And you might miss them at some point. Have you tried creating something yourself? Maybe drawing or doing something crafty? You could possibly sell what you create at the same stall and have the same end result.
  16. And...... Now it is FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  17. And I could see some people NOT wanting it known what they own.
  18. I have read through all this as it has progressed. I feel that with the evidence provided he at some point should have a fair chance to get off the PL list. After some very careful consideration I do not believe that "fair" chance is right now. He has not been sentenced long enough for his "crime". It is pretty clear no matter if he is innocent or not his name is mud at this point. If I was him, I wouldn't make myself known and comment either. It's like blood in the water with a bunch of sharks around, imo. Ravenous, simply ravenous.
  19. Yeah I saw this earlier today. Evidently they guy ran in and just started pouring some flammable liquid and yelling "die". Some 80 people were inside. The horror never stops.....
  20. Takes guts to own up to ones faults. Good on you man. P.S. And I don't even know what you are talking about.
  21. I see you updated the Services and Fees page, it looks fantastic btw. Does this change the way membership benefits have and effect on pricing? Since Sig Series is now listed as an additional price would the 10%/15% apply to the base grading fee? i.e. Modern Sig Series would be $18 + $10 for a Premium member or $17 + $10 for an Elite Member etc...
  22. I have never been to Comic Cubicle, I will be back in Va for a week soon, might have to take a trip up there if I have time (also depending on their hours). So some shops for you to check out. If you don't mind the smell of cats, Benders Books and Comics is decent on Mallory Street in Hampton. It is right before the Bridge Tunnel to Norfolk. They literally have 1-2 free roaming cats in store. If you are looking for a cool shop run by some awesome folks, either the Hampton or Yorktown Jersey's Cards and comics, they are mostly modern. They have some back stock in Yorktown, but it is not a huge amount don't think you will find anything pre 1990 if at all. Gaming and cards are more their thing though (Hampton is almost all cards). Pretty decent selection of older comics and some slabs, Atomic Comics on Mercury Blvd in Hampton. The owner is not really there anymore and his kids run it now. They are good people. They have 2 locations, make sure you are at the one in Hampton. The one in Newport News I am not sure what kind of stock they have. On the Norfolk/Va Beach side. Atlantis might have some stuff, but last I was in there, they are mostly modern and gaming. They have a few locations so maybe the Portsmouth location might have more as it is a bigger location. And in Va Beach, Trilogy Comics on Princess Anne. When I go out to Va if you want me to look for anything specific and report back to you, I can if you'd like @letsgrumble.
