I kind of love that the hobby (in terms of keys and older books) is doing well. Be interesting to know if dealers are fairing better than ever or not though. I am interested to see if it will come crashing down. Seems like there is endless material to develop on TV/movies so until they cannot do any more there, I predict that almost any character who was ever of any significance in any comic realm will one day be seen on screen. This should serve to fuel speculation and comic values for quite some time.

Had this for years. Wondering what everyone here thinks. Has a very slight spine roll and the top right corner is damaged as you can see. Otherwise looks sharp.

I’ll safely say 7.0. Possibly 7.5. Get it pressed and cleaned

^ seems harsh! 4.0-4.5. Cover presents well and yes there is some weird bite mark damage at the back but I don’t see that pushing this into 2.0 range personally.

I think it still gets a blue label. Pencil in margins won’t hurt it Michu the outer wear has me at 2.5-3.0. Outside shot at a 3.5

Great book! If those circle marks are just indents, I think they can be pressed out. After which, I think a 6.5 is definitely possible, maybe even a 7.0. If the marks are stains from whatever cup sat there, probably 5.0-5.5. I would still see if cleaning could remove whatever residue it is if its residue.

The writing looks like his, ditto for the art. I have seen some other pieces he did for people. Also odd. On a barf bag plus says "You are an anger"???? Did he mean to write "You are in danger!" Strange. As for value, I will say less than $1000. His original art sells for $1000-2000 and those are covers and pages from actual comics. But whether its a $100 piece or a $900 piece I dont know.

I am also in the 9.0-9.2 range. I think a press could help with the spine though and possibly get into 9.4-9.6 territory.

I would definitely. The slight creasing near the staple looks like it could press out. The back cleaned would look great. As is, I am at an 7.5-8.0. I believe it has 8.5-9.0 potential after pressing and cleaning. Ask someone who does the work, they will let you know what they can and cannot do. If you need a recommendation, let me know

^Good eye...to me looks like just contact dirt. If it is an actual stain, it could hurt it for sure grade wise. If its just slightly dirtied, I am in the 8.0 range.

Very tough crowd...not sure why Nice book although I think Fine is outta the question. If that top staple is still attached and it is just a staple tear, I think best case scenario is 5.0 but I am more in line with Point Five in feeling it is a 4.5 mainly because of some of the creasing and edge wear.

Spine looks split in spots and if detached anywhere, 2.0-2.5 for me. It could get a 3.0 if its just a but frayed and split and if the staples are still attached.

I will repeat what the massed have suggested and say 4.5. $125 def seems a fair price. I would always try to haggle though...even a little bit if it is possible:)

That stain on the back, can it even be cleaned? Ditto for the stain along spine at top staple. I think the front cover will look a bit better. As is, I put it around a 4.0-4.5. After a press, I dunno. I think 5.0 would be stretching it, just because of the stains. Unless I am wrong, stains that large would not be allowed on a Fine copy so I dont think it would reach that high.

I will also say 6.0, mainly due to the loose centrefold.

Hulk no like furry barking human. Hulk smash! Did not notice those (darned webbing on black background). I say those may make this closer to 7.0 IMO. Book is definitely nicer than a Fine but not quite into the VF range with the accumulation of minor flaws.
