I would not pay more than a $100 for a 9.8 and $10 for a high grade raw.

Started around 2000/2001 and went straight into vintage stuff from the 70s and 80s. Have never stopped since then. University I slowed buying a LOT but still managed to grab some stuff each year.

Yeah if you can't click and read and tell that whoever posted is doing so for a joke (or that the image is clearly photoshopped)....maybe you should stay away from online buying.

If the grade seems very likely to be 9.6-9.8 or better and you plan to sell, sure If the grade is less than 9.4, might not be worth it if you plan to sell. If you love the books, grade away regardless of the grade or possible value.

I’d just move along if I got my refund…..you can choose not to deal with said person and I’m sure if he really is a crummy seller, some feedback would already have been out in to reflect. I wouldn’t leave negative feedback. You made a mistake, he got peesed, words were said, light threats made, you got your money. Spend the time finding the boxes you need instead of worrying about it further

9.0-9.2 for me

I could see 3.5. I think it has enough minor flaws to prevent outright VG. The kind of low grade book I love tho for early Spideys!

5.5 from me also, mayybbbbe 6.0 but the spine is gonna make that a stretch.

I am also at around 7.0-7.5 Main reasons are the colour loss...to the black top border and bottom right corner. Also the bottom of the spine is a tad rough. CGC hits areas like those with the colour loss hard.

I would safely assume 5.0 and believe 5.5 is on the table...I'm not sold on a 6.0 or better.

Yeah if that entire corner is gone (cover and all the pages) I would think 2.5-3.0 at the highest.

It took me a while to realize McFarlane hid Felix the cat in lots of his work...which is funny because for the longest time I wondered why he was on the cover of ASM 320....
