  1. I posted this in an Underground Thread too, apologies for redundancy. There's a story in HOM 251 with art by Wally Wood called "The Collector". At the end of the story is a cool little tribute to Gilbert Shelton and Wonder Warthog. Does anyone know the story behind this?

  3. It's even worse when you're got this hunch part 2 will pop up any minute and you're feeling so sly 'cause you're diligently checking your phone like a 14 year old only to put it down for 10 lousy minutes and...well...
  4. One pic I always appreciate a seller including is a shot of the comic lying flat taken at an angle. It can tell you a lot about the overall condition of the comic, shows glossiness, and highlights subtle creases that don't always show up in a straight-on pic. Another thing that I appreciate as an eBay buyer is lots of pics. eBay allows 12 pictures per listing. Personally, I feel more confident buying from sellers who bother to show me as many looks as possible.
  5. Greg is friendly, communicative, and honest. Plus he knows how to grade and package comics. Buy with confidence!
  6. I'm just trippin' over that date stamp, dude. Outstanding.
  7. MTU Annual 5 - 4.5 OW $1 Take (cover price, why not?)
  8. Feel free to throw a few more out if you want! . Thanks Sean!
  9. Yes! . I figure a buck for any ditko book is a buck well spent. I bought the first six or seven of these off the rack, it's time I collected and read the rest of the run.
  10. Nice! I wish my dad had shared my love for comics. What a cool story. And what a fabulous book to have to remember your dad by. Looks like a nice copy. I'd personally leave it raw unless I was extra concerned about it getting damaged.
