  1. Is it me, or is there something up with the paper stock of all the NWM conics where they get very wavy? All of mine are like that, 1,2, and 3...
  2. that's what they regularly sell for on ebay, so you should be set- go get 'em!
  3. "in development" is kinda meaningless- there are tons of books like that.
  4. sets of 1-8 are now down as low as $78. Not every comic book goes straight up and stays there, y'know. Want to buy a set of Fish Police from me?
  5. I like this book, but think the prices (and hype) are overblown. When sets get back down near to cover I'll pick 'em up.
  6. It should sell higher than issue 1 in my opinion. I agree, seems much harder to find.
  7. I know this post is old, but I finally found my scan of THB #1. Most of my scans are cropped so they can be placed into online cover galleries. If I recall, this is a very thick comic which would be hard to keep in nice shape. I may have more than one, but my comics are in such disarray it would take months to find it if so. I've also unearthed some scans of other Horse Press item. Promo... (I think there's a pink one also that I don't own) Oversized Treasury-sized items... (stitched scans) I like Paul Pope's art, but I lost interest after he went to DC with a project. DG I'm bumping this to add a little to it. The pink promo you are refering to is also known as the pink ashcan or THB #69. Amazon has a pic of it http://www.amazon.com/THB-69-Comic-Book-TNB/dp/B004NJZ8LU At least 5 of them have sold on ebay since November. On ebay right now at least one or two copies of the other books you pictured are available. THB books are not super easy to find and you will probably not find many of them in dollar boxes but none of them that I am aware of qualify as being rare or even scarce. I got my black and white promo and 1-4 from half price books for $ 0.75 each Those THB books can be tough to track down. Here's a full checklist: http://tplist.millarworld.net/thb.html
  8. I was checking this out over the weekend- looks like you bought the 2 pages I had an eye on.
  9. this book actually looks promising though , I was joking.
  10. DEC120549 BLACKACRE #3 (MR) [DIG] $2.99 (I'll give it one last chance) DEC120564 GREAT PACIFIC #4 (MR) [DIG] $2.99 NOV120804 RACHEL RISING #14 [DIG/P+] $3.99
  11. I don't know if it'll be worth $100 or $1 in a month, but I have to agree that it's the coolest book out there right now. I don't get the hype over most of these others, but I am 100% in for this one.
  12. ...and this is what a bubble about to pop sounds like...
  13. just read a couple issues- LOVE IT
  14. even issues 3-6 are all gone off the internet now. imagine how big this book will blow up when people actually read it!
  15. I told you yesterday morning! and sent you a link to get #1! #LynessFail
  16. Of all the "Hot" indy books burning up the interwebs right now, I find that Saga is the only legit one worth the buzz when it comes to actually reading them. The rest of the Image ones I find underwhelming.
  17. 4 copies of #1 @ $30 ea. Wrong forum pending official sales thread posting in moderns for sale section and scans joking.
  18. The same creative team did The Red Wing miniseries, which was pretty good, FYI...
  19. shill-tastic! http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&_trksid=p2047675.l2565&rt=nc&item=130842064531
  20. I'm not sure. There seem to have been fewer of them than the regular on ebay, but it did not seem to be 1:1? anyway, if anyone has a variant for sale, LMK.
  21. I was able to get 2 sets of 1-6, but no variant...
