A guy who laffs maniacally, has no powers and just does random stuff in my book qualifies as the worst villain of all time.  Cant STAND Joker in any of his forms, comic or movie.  Especially the Heath Ledger version.  No matter how CRAZY someone is, getting punched in face with kevlar gloves will HURT.  And, it will smear your MAKE UP.

Nobody is responding to my supervillain thread I should have just left it in here. Thanos, galactus, apocalypse

Was that supposed to be galactus in rise of the silver surfer

That's an amazingly good point, I'm creating a new post

That reminds me -- I probably liked the Justice League movie more than many, but they especially blew one line: when Flash asks Batman "What are your powers again?" I winced when he answered "I'm rich."

The ONLY answer a correctly-written-in-character Batman gives is "I don't need any."

Agreed, how would batman fair in the marvel universe?

  4. Batman and his arsenal of villains is the only thing keeping dc together.

I know that sounds opinionated and bordering asinine considering the recent success of aquaman, but if anyone saw aquaman they could see how plagiarized it was. A mythical sea water creature eerily similar to the kraken, he has to pull a trident out oc a stone and they actually call him ki g Arthur at the end,are the writers for dc a bunch of school children?

If you are looking to flip for profit sometime in the future this is not the book I would be looking at major characters or villains that have not made it to the TV or big screen and then be ready to sell the minute that an announcement is made regarding a screen appearance is made. Sometimes there is a very finite amount of people that chase those books. For example Iron Man #219, the first appearance of the Ghost was a $80 CGC 9.8 book (if that), but once it was announced Ghost was to appear in Ant Man it shot up to over $400 for a little bit but the crazies who bought it at that price will never get that money back in my estimation and the book hasn't sold to my knowledge for those prices since September. So strike while the Iron is hot so to speak. I personally just buy for my collection.

Thanks, when I first bought it,it was for my collection. I actually initially went with a 9.4 from a dealer in nova Scotia but now I realise there is no reason to buy anything modern that isn't at least 9.8.

New mutants had the same problem, now its dropping all the time.

    I noticed a Thanos 13 9.8 for 450, I'm thinking of offering the guy 400, but after sunday,comic show. Also a mass produced spawn 1cfor 200 9.8.

Maybe I can get some raw copies.

What about the guy who built the clocktower the riddler is hanging from in batman 491. How come he gets left in the dark, maybe he gets a book where he subcontracts a job and gets burnt on the deal  than there is a long drawn out civil court proceeding in Gotham high court that stretches a few issues. Maybe batman and the riddler get brought on as witnesses to the mans ability to build clock towers. Than say he loses the case and in frustration he aggressively pushes past a court clerk as hes exiting the building than stumbles into a garbage can which in turn goes flying bumps an overweight lady in the back as shes holding her mustard drenched sausage she just purchased from a street vendor and gets mustard on her 2 stitched blouse and in turn her and the architect get into a verbal jousting match in the street before he wins a heated battle of shut the f up

Say his name is Steve, we could call the first issue vengeance of Steve, than the proceeding 5 issues clock fall

    Sound good?

Go in comic store.  Look around for #1 issues.  Buy em all.  Keep repeating thsi every month.  Wait a few weeks and $$$$$ :flipbait:

First appearances too  like that homeless guy on the corner of fifth and main in amazing spiderman 375, they thought they could sneak that one in, but we caught it.

The scratch and sniff variant was good too, a combination of urine, body odor and rotten cheese, exactly why I didn't get my copy graded.

I love Punisher, growing up he was my fav superhero. I wish the value of his comics garnered a lot more value and momentum than they did.

I think the problem is it's not a complex character too write, just a vigilante with a gun, tragic manner in which he became a superhero though.

Maybe if his family had been killed by a group of scientists from asgard that had a bunch of radioactive spiders from space that if they bit you you would shoot spiderwebs, your arms would stretch and instead of rescuing his family he hunted these scientists down in their lab got shot by gamma Ray's and when he woke up his skin was green.

On his way out of the lab he bypassed the lab coat and noticed two suits one that would cause your body to shrink too the size of an ant or the other an indestructible metal trashcan that a drug fuelled rock band would find interest in. He decided on the brass knuckles with cubic zirconia instead and began punching people with it until they told him where his daughter was. Or maybe he told these group of evil scientists he had a certain set of skills that made him a nightmare for guys like them and when he found the lab he had a copy of new world translation of the holy scriptures and it turned out his family actually didn't get killed they had pulled the same move as that girl from king of queens and got there azz away from a gun toting jehovah's witness that eventually found himself driving a motor cycle in flames in space.

You're going to have a hard time finding people to agree that X-men Apocalypse is better than Logan. Logan was an amazing film.  Oscar Isaac miiight agree with you since he played Apocalypse, but I doubt it. He has at least a few brain cells.

A geriatric professor x and a washed up wolverine who seemingly gets the better of his younger self, yeah totally awesome, oscar worthy! Or a film where it takes a group of mutants uniting itself to defeat one bent on world destruction, I must not have many brain cells to be trapped in an argument that has very little to do with what I was trying to say, what I was saying was the vast difference in value between xfactor 6 compared with NYX 3 both first appearance, both vastly different impacts on the marvel universe.
