  1. This book is so nice I had to post it twice. It is in the Fiction House thread as well, but more people seem to look here. I wanted to say thank you to SACENTAUR for bringing this beauty to the Yorba Linda show and giving me a good deal on the book because he knew how much I love it. Thanks Steve! Ken
  2. Picked this absolutely stunning book up from our own SACENTAUR at the Yorba Linda show this weekend. Central Valley copy with white pages. Steve gave me a very good deal on the book because he knew how much I love it. Thanks Steve! Ken
  3. Actually, the colors on the book are a bit toned down. I have never seen another high grade copy, but I think they were printed that way, almost an Americana feel to it. Ken
  4. Never seen that cover before, but I can see why it's called that! Beautiful looking book, Ken! Thanks. It took me quite awhile to find a high grade copy. Ken
  5. I actually find these posts very refreshing and interesting to look at. These books rarely show up in high grade and they have great covers. I am just as curious to see his major keys, but lets face it, I know what the cover to Action 1 and Detective 27 look like almost like the back of my hand. I say show more of this obscure stuff! Ken
  6. I really like this cover a lot. Just the way the people are drawn with the crosshatched shadows and the overall composition really makes for a nice cover. Beautiful copy as well. Ken
  7. Beautiful cover. Very colorful and bright copy of a book I don't see very often. Ken
  8. Oh my, that is very pretty, steel (I can see the white pages in the scan) And the 1st Clayface, too... STEVE Beautiful copy!!!! I love that cover. Ken
  9. BZ, Your collection is simply unreal. All of the cover colors are so bright, these books look like they have not seen the light of day since they were printed. Amazing stuff! Thanks for sharing. Ken
  10. All the great books on this thread inspired me to pick up this beauty. Ken
  11. I'm glad you like it so much. Seeing scans of the Wonderworld 13 is giving me intense feelings of sellers remorse. No more scans from you! Ken
  12. Nice book! No matter how many times I go through the Gerber guide there are still so many books that I overlook that get posted here with amazing covers. Ken
  13. Accidentally posted this in the Timely thread. This is a recent pick up of a nice "INT" book. Ken
  14. Oops, sorry. Wrong thread. I was looking at the Schomburg cover and meant to post it in the regular golden age thread. Ken
  15. Picked this book up in LA as well. Just a nice Fine copy with great eye appeal and a classic cover image in my opinion. Ken
  16. Oh, yeah, baby! From blazingbob? Yes, he had a box of really nice 50's horror books at the LA show. I couldn't pass up this pure red cover. Ken
  17. This one is for Adam. I know you like vibrant cover colors and it is hard to beat this one. Picked it up in LA at Wizard Con. Ken
  18. Here's another favorite of mine. Took me years to find a copy this nice. Ken
  19. Steve, I know its a pretty beat up copy but I figure I can always upgrade later. Ken
  20. This probably my favorite cover in the run even though there are a lot or really cool early issues. Ken
