  1. Starting with just a couple lots, but will probably add a couple more silver and bronze age Tarzan lots if there is any interest. First in the thread wins. Please do not edit your post after posting PAYMENT Paypal only. Payments should be made within three days of receiving invoice from me. SHIPPING USPS Priority shipping included in prices. Books are packed in a Gemini mailer and then put into a USPS Priority flat rate box. I won't ship media mail. I've had too many bad experiences. I love our Canadian and overseas members, but will only ship CONUS right now. I usually ship on Monday mornings on my way to work. I will not sell to any H.O.S. Members or anyone currently on the probation list. Although I've never had any issues, full or partial refunds available if you contact me within 10 days of receiving your purchase. I do not offer refunds on CGC graded books. I think that covers it. Here's the books!
  2. Thanks for the reply! I think I may go ahead and try lots first. Ed (ft88) seems to have decent success at selling in lots. Selling individually would just take so much time scanning each book and then packing and shipping for books that are only worth about $2 or $3 apiece. I might have a few nicer issues I could sell individually, but most of these just aren't worth that much. Thank you again for the reply. I appreciate it.
  3. Wondering if there would be any interest on the boards in low middle grade (5.0 avg.) Gold Key Korak and Tarzan comics. I would sell them in lots instead of individually. If they were cheap enough, do you think anyone would be interested? Or, should I just load 'em up on Ebay? I think I have two short boxes mostly Tarzan. I'm not exactly sure how I acquired so many or what to do with them now. Also have a near complete run of DC Korak from 46 - 59 (only missing 57) that are higher grade (8.0 avg. although issue 58 is VG) that I'm thinking about selling.
  4. Sorry about that. Would you feel any better if I said it helps me finish my 100 page HOM run?
  5. If you would be able to just confirm that spines don't have any major issues like tears at staples or spine splits, I'll take GI Combat 140, 145, & 150 as well as House of Mystery 226 pending your confirmation. Thanks!
  6. Honestly, I'm not exactly sure how to grade this since it's a bit different than a traditional comic. If I were grading it like a comic, I would probably put it in the VG+ to VG/F range. The photo of the back cover is a bit dark in the photo, but the blue is lighter and cleaner looking in hand. I usually try to scan comics to get more accurate color. Whites are close to white or call it slightly ow in hand. My iphone turned everything pink and/or yellow for some reason. Pages inside are cream. Not sure if they were white originally, but they are cream now. Photo of top left shows some spine split. $60 shipped is my asking price. SOLD!
  7. Just the one book, it's listed as scarce in Overstreet, but I'm not sure that's true anymore. There are a few higher priced copies on Ebay. This copy is much nicer than 3 of them and much less expensive than any of them. First in the thread wins. Please do not edit your post after posting PAYMENT Paypal only. Payments should be made within three days of receiving invoice from me. SHIPPING Included in price. USPS priority shipping in a Gemini mailer. If you prefer a USPS flat rate box (which would include $100 insurance), I would need to add $7 to the price. I won't ship media mail. I've had too many bad experiences. I love our Canadian and overseas members, but will only ship CONUS right now. If this is purchased today or tomorrow, I will ship on Monday on my way to work. I will not sell to any H.O.S. Members or anyone currently on the probation list. Although I've never had any issues, full or partial refunds available if you contact me within 10 days of receiving your purchase. I do not offer refunds on CGC graded books. I think that covers it. Here's the book!
  8. Opening this thread back up before I start any new sales threads. Please see the post right before this one for bulk purchase deal and info on new lowered prices.
  9. Dang. Don't check the sale threads in a couple days and miss one that's been on my want list for quite a while. Nice grab!
  10. Lowered prices on books one last time and lowered lot price if anyone is interested in all 4 books shipped. SOLD & CLOSED
  11. Lowered prices on two more expensive books and lowered price for all 4 books shipped, if anyone is interested.
  12. That's it. Thanks for looking. I'm tempted to see if I can still order the Banana-Talkies and Banana-Compass.
  13. Fantastic Four 211 - 3.5/4.0 - General accumulation of wear on front & back cover brings grade down on this book. Non color breaking corner creases on front cover at both the upper right and lower right. OW pages. $10.00
  14. Fantastic Four 75 - 3.5 - Would be in the Fine range, but cover, centerfold and two wraps detached at bottom staple. It has good color and gloss and a very slight color breaking dent/crease on the open edge front cover above Galactus’ head. Also a bit of spine stress. If it weren’t for the staple issue, it would be a decent mid grade copy. OW pages. $40.00 If you are in the market for a cheap copy that would look nice in mylar, this is it.
  15. Defenders 28 - 4.0/4.5 - depending on how you view the 1/2” tear on back cover open side middle. Looks like some moisture in upper right corner back cover. Also an accumulation of wear on front cover including corner crunch upper left front cover and some spine stresses. It’s a decent lower grade book. The moisture in the corner back cover and tear are really what bring the grade down. OW to Cream pages. $12.00
  16. Defenders 10 - 6.5 (maybe a tad nicer) - A really nice copy that ends up being mid-grade due to a corner bend in the upper left front cover (you can see it better in the upper right back cover) and a very small corner bend lower right front cover that slightly breaks color. Otherwise this would be more in the VF or better category. OW pages. $40.00
