Very nice Casey. Now upgrade your other Northlands and sell them to me. Maybe. But, I won't sell all of my Northlands. Sorry. Never say never. Don't worry, the kitchen remodel will decide for him. Forgot about that. Custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, travertine tiles...etc Won't be that many huge upgrades in our current kitchen. We will be updating the appliances and possibly the counter tops but our plan is to sell the place in about 3-4 years and buy a house.

PC Marvels = Junk. One person's junk is another's gem. Except when I decree that it is junk
