How about FF5? Johhny is reading a copy of HULK #1 and the Hulk is clearly shown for a few panels...

I was told that this was FF4 that he was reading copy and that FF5 had a full page ad for Hulk 1...can anyone confirm with some scans please

And just b/c the Hulk thread is bumped to the top, anyone happen to have a scan of the Hulk 102 Curator copy or know the whereabouts (or if it's for sale )

Could somebody post a scan of the Hulk appearances in SS4, ST 156, Avengers 51, and TOS 49 Thanks!!

Depending on how detailed you wanted to get (I like detail) you could also add TOS 33 (picture on wall) and FF 5 (Thing reading a Hulk book)

Then there is a question of the prototypes...

The 103 will probably be the toughest in 9.6 as far as the Hulks go...66,77, and 78 are real tough in the TTA run...good luck with your goal!!

I suspect your interest in this book may be with the Ditko "Hulk" story. This story features a monster from a movie called "The Hulk" that comes to life...or does it???

 

I would classify this book in the Price Guide as: "first app. a "Hulk" in TTA...

Yes, it does! I read the story and was disappointed...I guess I was expecting too much, but now I have a better appreciation of the pre-hero prototypes as I have seen some more. I upgraded my low grade copy to a nice cgc 8.0 about a year ago...your books were so clean I wanted to see how nice it was!! MIne was the 2nd highest behind an 8.5 back then...not sure now...
