    I 100% think so. Plus all of my Golden Age books have thicker feeling covers so I think there's a good chance that bend would show. I'm not an expert and maybe that's a good way to do it, however for the amount I pay CGC grading my books I would ask they treat them with some delicacy. Just my opinion.

    I haven't seen Cap Annual 8 yet so here's my beautiful copy. I have some Golden Age covers that I think are classic covers but I don't think anyone else really knows them...

    I'm going to a con in April where Joe Just will be so I'm going to get him to sign a few of these covers. I'm still waiting on my copy but #6 is one of my favorites. He did some really great painted covers in PWJ too.

    I was actually going to post something similar. I haven't seen a single positive comment on their post, just a lot of angry collectors lol. The way he bends the cover almost in half while counting and pulling pages apart... I cringe watching it. If it was my book I'd be upset.

    With that back cover I'm sitting at around a 5.0. on the plus side I think a clean and press could do a lot for the back and bump you up quite a bit.

    My LCS had a half off sale for all $3.00 and under books so more Punisher books for me lol. I had never heard of the ashcan so I thought it was a cool pick up. Joe Jusko will be at a conference near me in April so I figured I'd grab some cool covers to sign.

    Managed to get one of my favorite Punisher covers for $1.50 lol. I never knew that the Punisher Magazine looked so beautiful.

    I'd say 7.0. in my limited experience they hit hard for stains... But I'm also new to the hobby so who knows . Good luck man!

    CGC hammers books for stains. I have a Swamp Thing 1 that looks 6+ but a similar stain on the back dropped it to a 4.0.
