Thanks! I'm happy to confirm that Mark remains as humble and personable as ever. Currently working on the mythical unfinished Miracleman arc with Neil Gaiman which he's having a lot of fun with and which will hopefully start seeing print later this year or early next. This is my Darwyn commission of Judge Anderson. He wasn't familiar with the character but said he really enjoyed the challenge. Cheers Joseph- 71 replies

How do you transport your comic art to cons?
cheekyj2112 replied to Brian Peck's topic in Original Comic Art
I've been using the Prat and even with 3 Itoya folders of art I've not had any tearing issues although I'm tempted by this one as the straps look better quality. -
I have a couple of rare CGC 9.8 Detective 1000 Forbidden Planet variants signed by Brian Bolland. Brian very rarely does conventions now so this is a rare opportunity. The Virgin variant cover had a limited print run of just 1000. And the black and white was limited to 1500. They are priced at $250.00 each. If you have any queries feel free to message me. It's easiest to contact me through the BritComicsArt.com website as I'm not always logged on here. They will be shipping from the US so shipping to a mainland US address will be around $15 Cheers Joseph https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerydetail.asp?gcat=9492

The Financial Times recently contacted me for an interview regarding comic artwork and the BritComicsArt.com website and the article is now up. Including quotes from the illustrious Mr Killackey. It doesn't really say anything new but I suppose it's another sign that the sums being spent in the hobby are garnering attention. https://howtospendit.ft.com/art-philanthropy/204268-collecting-rare-graphic-novel-art Cheers Joseph

He started working digitally, to varying degrees, years ago and more recently he's pretty much fully digital. So all the Star Wars cover etc from the last few years don't exist physically. It depends on how far back the cover was.
