  1. I enjoy looking through the catalogs, especially the OA.
  2. Okay, one more bump with reductions on the Hulk and remaining Fantastic Four. It's starting to feel like a Ryan sales thread in here!
  3. Excuse me "height challenged" It's not Uncle Bob's Midnight Blues.
  4. Fantastic Four #7, GD, incomplete, clipped coupon, see photos. $90. $80. SOLD!
  5. Incredible Hulk #181, G/VG, incomplete, missing MVS, small tear in CCA box, $950. $850
  6. This will be a short sales thread with just a handful of books. Sales details are as follow: Boxed Priority will be around $10-13 depending on zip and weight. Cheap books I can ship First Class starting at $4.50. PM for international shipping quotes or questions. As usual, drop the if you'd like the book in the thread or via PM. In the event more than one person would like a book, the first by timestamp gets it regardless whether via PM or in the thread. Payment is expected within 7 days of invoice; payment accepted via PayPal; checks or postal money orders will work, too. And of course, if you're not happy, return the books for your money back. No HOSers, probies or general nincompoops, please.
  7. I missed the other Atlas. Any more coming? I'll take the panther True Believers if still available.
  8. I have a Two-Gun Kid or Gunsmoke Western I picked up from Superworld several years back. I wasn't specifically looking for one, just wanted the book. Ted might've had a few others, but they were just mixed into the inventory.
  9. You picked up a World of Fantasy #9; you were missing that one IIRC. World of Suspense #1 always reminds me of a Mad Magazine drawing. There's something about the spirit on the tablecloth.
  10. BC may make a more succinct case. I'll say it does have a great cover. It’s one of those double length stories, so I suppose it’s a semi-epic. I’d probably put it in the upper echelons of pre-hero monster yarns though i don’t think it’s head and shoulders above any of the other classics. He’s been ret-conned into the Marvel Universe more than any of the other creatures barring Groot, but I always assumed part of his cache came from being singled out in The Origins of Marvel Comics. (IIRC, Stan wrote “I could never remember what his schtick was.”)
  11. I guess I'll applaud, though if it stayed under the radar I wouldn’t complain.
  12. Same hold true for low and mid-grade, they've been rising whether slabbed or raw.
  13. I "liked" your post. Had to log in to do it; looks like it's been over a year since I've done that. Reading those boards too much makes me feel like your avatar.
