Well, one reason to call ebay to try to fight it is to help keep the jackazzz from pulling the same routine on other people. If he gets shut down more often he may be less inclined to pull these scams.

Yes. Don't send it. Call ebay; call, don't contact them via email. Don't get involved talking about Newton Rings. Tell them you shipped and the buyer received exactly what was listed, an ASM #301 9.6 as pictured; the style of case was visible right in the listing. The buyer knew exactly what he was getting. I had a buyer pull that on me once because of pencilled dates on the FC. Ebay looked at my listing, saw the the pencil marks were in plain sight and rejected the claim. And please out this clown so we can block him.

Roz did some signing towards his final years mostly with material that was off site, like limited edition prints and so forth. She wasn't signing in his stead at San Diego for example. It looks slightly off to me but it could also be the result of trying to write in such a tiny margin or age (he had sight issues and didn't have as much control when he got older). Seems a bit odd it's on page 2 and not the bottom of page 1, too.

What happened to the pre press scans? Did you discuss potential grades with the reputable presser?

This arrived last week from Rick Altergott. He made a colored file as well for t-shirt printing.
