Thanks! The adjuster finally came yesterday. Great news - we had business interruption insurance. We started salvaging today and we start demo work on the inside next week. Hopefully we will have everything back up and running in six weeks or so.

I was told that this was FF4 that he was reading copy and that FF5 had a full page ad for Hulk 1...can anyone confirm with some scans please No, it was 5. Johnny was reading a Sub-Mariner comic in 4. In 5 he's reading Hulk. The 197 is the first and only 9.8 known to man. Bought off Harley Yee as NM. I am pumped baby. score! that is awesome!!! 197 and 198 are almost impossible to find in 9.6. I got lucky. I have yet to submit the Hulk 182 I bought from Harley in Chicago. I think it has a shot at 9.6. 9.8 Did you sell your copy?
