I think it's more risk/reward re the profit, Brock. Some people ...most probably you, are willing to take more risk for potential profit. Some of us are more cautious, or less profit oriented. This is dangerous as since you're the middle man, you're at fault for any issues. Yeah, I get it. Because I know the seller, the risk was really zero for everyone.
