For those who don't recognize it, the listing has all the hallmarks of an account takeover. Dozens of listings of (mostly) high-priced items that are unlike all previous sales, all with an offer to Buy It Now (although not actually a BIN item), al the item details filled with 'ANY'.
That seller doesn't have the book, and any buyer who tries to buy it off-site will 100% lose their money.

Softening of standards. 

Depending on what the smudy stuff is along the spine, 9.0 or better. If it's stained, lower, but it doesn't look like staining to me.

It looks like that back spine is quite rough particularly. You *might* get a 7.0 b/c the back is the worse part, but I'd wage something closer to 6.0 on a modern book. Since this is not a particulary rare or expensive book, and the celebrity signings are, I would look for something a lot better. After a very quick search, I found that g-mart has several copies available for $6.00. They don't advertise grades on their website, but they're almost exclusively stocked with unsold books from their subscription inventory. Every back issue I've purchased there is higher grade than your book, and almost all of them were at least NM. That's easier than scrolling endlessly through ebay to find a high grade copy.

For a early 50s book, I can see this getting a 5.0 or a suprise 5.5. Strictly speaking, I'd say the pieces out cap this at 4.0, but these standards don't seem to be applied the same way with GA books.

Read the forum guidelines & adjust your post accordingly
 

CGC's standard is a 1.8 for a full split, you're not there yet but I suspect the additional creasing is going to have an impact. 2.0/2.5 since it looks 3ish without splits.

5.0 max. I don't think c/p impacts the grade even if the BC looks nicer after. Not sure I'd submit this if it were mine. I've been sitting on a copy that's 6.0-7.0 range for as long as I've been CGCing.

Yellow covers do am amazing job hiding defects. With one of these, you really need high quality photos with some close-ups of key areas (spin, corners, etc)

There's a lot of...something all over the front & cover. Some of this looks like foxing & there appears to be a stain of some sort around EK's van jump mid-cover. Someone would have to be an absolute wizard to clean all this off & if it's foxing, it won't go away. Staples look rusty, and there's a fair number of stress lines. I think like 5.0/5.5. Maybe a miracle worker can get this to 7.0

There's a lot of color-breaking stuff along the spine. Maxes out at 8.0, 7.5 possible. I don't see this getting into the 9s even with work
