    Same here "but" if I can pick up a NS copy of <insert book and issue # here> for the same price as the direct edition ALL other factors being equal..i.e. centering, creases, PQ..etc.., then sure I'll go with the NS copy because it is more rare. Like you, I have a ASM#300 in 9.4 direct and I'm perfectly happy with it. (Not going to sell it and with some more money "just" to buy a NS 9.4).

    Man, sorry to hear about this. I hope the person can recover his books and scumbag who took him gets locked away for a long time.

    So now that prices for some books are in the stratosphere and you own some of these, is anyone thinking about cashing in now while the "going is good" so to speak? ...and go on that dream vacation (.when Covid goes away (If it goes away), get that new car, buy the dream house you've always wanted...etc...

    I bought a raw ASM300 before all this craziness with the sky rocketing prices. Came back 9.4 and I'm a happy man. It's good enough for me. It filled a hole I had for a while as I had 298, 299 and 301. Certainly glad I finally got it then.

    Ho Hum...Just a typical VintageComics selling thread with insanely beautiful ultra high grade books. That ASM#1 is freaking AWESOME! I wish someone would GIVE me 115K. You will feel good about yourself if you do.
