every eco book would have had 10-fold increased sales, and 100-fold public accolades, had each book had a forward that was penned by tupenny, that explained in clear and simple tupenny manner of phrase what the book was about. signed: a very multi-year supportive fan of eco.

i don't know if this helps or harms, but ms. hans signs with initials "sh" inside a square. an example would be her commission of emma forest as the hellfire club white queen, a water color commission on 10/12/14 at nycc. another example would be storm #1 9.8, signed on 9/14, with the same "sh" initials, inside a square. there are a couple of others, some recent and some from 213-2015, but all have the initials "sh" inside a square. that one is also shown on the cbcs (is that ok to type?) "mail call" thread. at first i thought "....hmmmm, she has a long term memory issue...", but.....it does not seem to be the reason.

it seems to me that had another person agreed to buy the book in the interim, and the seller sold it after stating (publicly or privately), that he would not sell it and keep it for the time being, that would not have been honorable. i think that would be much more worthy of criticism than the present situation.

whatever a willing buyer and willing seller agree what it is worth, no? no wampum exchanging hands means guesses as to worth.

two people misunderstood each other, and made choices of action for various valid, or maybe, confusing reasons. it happens. that does not indicate either person was lacking character or good faith. shake hands, make a deal, and move on. or, shake hands, don't make a deal, and next time the buyer and seller both try to avoid any confusing points of a transaction. ps: an attorney is not needed, in this situation. i really don't understand how this became a public issue, but i realize i am a bit more trusting and naïve than the average person, and sometimes miss the the big picture.

thank you. i did read the rules. that is exactly why i stated my position to the member opining on jury selection, and guilt followed by sentencing. no more or less. you do not have to prove the validity of the nomination selection process. you have every right to interpret my posts as you interpret. that does not mean you are correct. you do not understand my position. that is not any problem at all. however, it is not necessary to misinterpret and modify what i state, in an attempt to negate my position. my position will not change. you certainly know this.
