This signing made getting a sig. and a grading much easier for me.  Does anyone know if Cgc will do something like this again.  I think everything has in very interesting and awesome.  30 plus years of collecting and this is my first Cgc comic.  I’m very ramped.  😊

I am thinking about upgrading my membership and submitting more books because of this signing.  Thanks Todd and Cgc. 😊

No.  I have a declared value that went up. And a second notice of submission with the receiving day change is all.

My received date changed from 11/22 to 1/17.  I hope the change of date means the pressing department received it today and it was signed.  Not a mix up in the initial receiveing to the facility.

Updated December 10, 2019: The planned Image Comics Partners' signing Tuesday at Vancouver, Washington's I Like Comics has been postponed indefinitely.

"Unfortunately, the Image Comics Partner Signing event has been canceled," the publisher said in a statement. "We have opted to reschedule the event for January [exact date to be announced shortly] and hope that fans will mark their calendars and plan ahead for what we anticipate will be a wonderful way to kick off the New Year. This cancellation was due to a few of the partners coming down with the flu and the decision was made to ensure that the signing event be the optimum, positive experience for fans eager to meet them."

I just read an article, hopefully correct, that Todd and a few others from Image have the flu.  I hope they are ok and they get better but will this affect the signing.  I guess it already has affected one from what I read.

My concern is preserving books for my collection.  I have some older books that I think a cleaner looking paper would be nicer for the quality of book before ccs.

It would be neat to restore a off white page or two.

It we outdoor be neat to restore a yellowish page in a book or so. 

What is involved with restoration?  Does it involve page whitening. 

I don’t know how many comics but I have about 30 long boxes and a few half boxes.  Started collecting in the late eighties.  
 

Ok. I’m new here.  How does a graded book come back like and will there be a certificate of authenticity for the sig.  just curios, this is my first Cgc comic.
