  1. I'm looking for a resource I can use to identify actual release dates for certain books. Currently I'm trying to find the actual release date for Professor Xavier and the X-Men/Over the Edge Flipbook. This was a newsstand only release in the mid-1990's. At best I'm able to find is Nov 95, but that is the "cover" date. The indica also refers it as the publishing date, but we know (generally speaking) that means the book was at least released two months "ish" beforehand.
  2. I still check the site every so often hoping for part 8. Knowing they existed (from my childhood) has only been half the battle. Your site helped in my search for them by giving me a "target zone" to focus on. I'd like to find a similar resource that covered other inserts (pizzazz, AD&D, Tattooz, etc) My vote is keep it up if you can. It is a great resource and I am glad to have found it.
  3. I sent in a copy of Batman: Almost Got 'Im! and it received a green qualified label. The label says, "Hologram Attached To Cover". It came that way from the manufacturer. I might be wrong but I don't think the book should have been "dinged" for that. I pulled a couple of images off of Ebay that show the hologram attached in the original packaging. Is there anything that can be done about this or am I stuck?
  4. http://www.awe4one.com/NDS-MJ Inserts/Insert webpage.html I found this link earlier in this thread, it doesn't work says its forbidden. Can anyone help ? I'd really like to read it.
  5. I was in Dothan, Alabama this past weekend going though some long boxes at a local comic shop and found this book among a boat load of other books with mark jeweler inserts. The 95 cent cover price is what got my attention. I spent 7 years in Germany and never ran across a jeweler like this. I started looking online for information on this book and found this thread. I've read most of this thread and have to ask if anyone has discovered anything new on this subject?
