  1. I have no idea where this series could lead but it's certainly an exciting idea to get away from the US focused events of the majority of MCU https://comicbook.com/tv-shows/news/black-panther-kingdom-wakanda-spinoff-series-disney-plus-ryan-coogler/
  2. If you want to see a movie more along those lines try Ex Machina
  3. So part of episode 6 leaked and I'm gonna throw it in a spoiler tag for anyone who wants to peek
  4. They showed how this worked when Monica reappeared in episode 4. People are reappearing as she's walking down the hallway in the hospital. They reappear like they disappeared sort of in ashes, so the particles move around any obstacle and are put back together in any available open space.
  5. Similar feeling, definitely not the same. Glenn was definitely much harder to watch I think it was probably the single most impactful (dear God no pun intended) scene I've seen in any show ever, I just couldn't think of another analog.
  6. This episode really lays it all out in the open. I think if you were to combine the first 4 episodes they really make up an entire first act, and should probably be viewed together for those saying it's boring. Making Darcy the smartest person in the room was fantastic. Her and Woo are the team up I didn't know I wanted (of course that probably has something to do with the fact that both of them are traditionally sit com actors). Getting more back story for Monica, SWORD, and the snap was also appreciated. I didn't see it mentioned so I'll tag it but can we talk about
  7. Just came in fresh from the bay! Looks nice, obvious roll, tiny corner piece off the front right bottom, and a little piece out of the bottom in the back, other than that not sure how the paper pulls on the back will hurt it.
  8. I love 2nd and Charles. God only knows what you'll find there, and they usually have no idea what they have. Dark Avengers #1 Adi Granov Mid Town variant $5, full run of Spider-Man: Blue $2 each, over half of Matt Fractions Hawkeye run all first prints between $1 and $2, other highlights include a full run of Marvel Knights Inhumans, a couple issues of the 1st Young Avengers series and a couple issues of Amazing Spider-Man to fill in some holes in my Gauntlet run. (Plus their buy 10 get 10 free sale rocks.)
  9. I saw this one on display at the Marvel Universe of Super Heroes exhibit supposedly a rejected cover for Moon Knight #13
  10. Hot off scene in Atlanta is it an Easter egg or perhaps a bigger plot point?...I do have to say Martin Li is probably the modern character I'd most like to see show up so this is pretty exciting.
  11. From the trailer it looks like they've got a clear idea of who most everyone in Westview is, but they're missing a few cards for people like Dottie, the Doctor and his wife and a few others. Also noticeably absent from this board is an official form of government ID with Agnes' file meaning she's either off the grid or maybe she's not of this world? And finally we can glean Westview is in New Jersey which happens to be where Ms. Marvel is going to take place ...
  12. Jungle Tales #1 G $60 ($45 USD) browning; tears; chips; stains
  13. It's tough to win the good stuff in one Dale's threads but I think I did okay The battle action I found at an antique store for $20 over the weekend, love the composition of that cover
  14. Oh yea I'm of the mindset that theyre all trapped just thought I'd throw in the conspiracy. If I'm going to play devils advocate (pun intended) I'm not saying Wanda is dead I'm saying her reality warping led to bringing the dead citizens of Westview back along with the previously dead Vision. Monica is the outlier here because she came in from outside, thats why Herb and Agnes explicitly say she has no home here. If for example this were a genuine community there would probably be somewhere for her to live, but say this is perhaps a cemetery where a live person would have nowhere to go...
  15. So my question to all who care is what do we think Herb was going to say when Agnes kept interrupting? "We are all..."? I've seen two schools of thought on the matter. So far the easiest and probably most likely is "We are all trapped." but the other option I've seen thrown around is "We are all dead." which would be a decidedly more dark and interesting plot.
  16. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but all three books you tried to take already got taken...
  17. Wanda was initially tied to Hydra because Baron Von Strucker was the one who experimented on her and Pietro and gave them their powers in AOU. *See my post right above my first reply to you for my breakdown of SWORD and AIM MCU facts and my personal theories.* SWORD is wholly new to this series and altered slightly from their comic counterpart as Sentient Weapons instead of Sentient Worlds in Wandavision.
  18. The bee keepers symbol is very clearly the SWORD logo for this show
  19. The bee keepers suit has the SWORD logo on the back, so I doubt AIM has anything to do with this show. They used AIM in Iron Man 3 as Aldritch Killians tech company, so I don't see them retooling plotlines. Whats more likely is the bee keeper is a SWORD agent in a hazmat suit trying to infiltrate Wanda's sphere of influence (or if I'm gonna throw in a personal theory Mephistos sphere of influence) around this town and he only appears as a bee keeper because that's how Wanda rationalized his presence within her new reality.
