  1. Despite having purchased the CGC Grading Guide and researching elsewhere, I am having difficulty assessing the impact of a single small color-breaking corner crease on an otherwise 9.2/9.4 book? That is: What is the highest/limiting grade that one can logically expect for an otherwise very-high-grade book with a 1/2" color-breaking corner crease? How would this be expected to change for a smaller 1/4" crease? A larger 1-inch crease? Thank you
  2. I understand that multiple tiers of books with different services (e.g. "Vintage w/pressing" and "Vintage/no pressing") can be shipped to CGC in a single box as long as each "group" of same-tier/service books are bundled together with their individual packing list in correct order. My question relates to including "Unlimited Value" books with other tiers. My UV packing list says to mark the box with "UV" on the outside ... I assume that this is so that the UV book(s) will be processed in the expedited manner that one is paying for? Specific question: Can I assume that it is OK to mark "UV" on the outside of a shipping box that also includes groups of non-UV books? If I didn't, there would be no way to now that there are UV book(s) inside and they would sit ... but if I do, can I assume that other tier books would just be routed as appropriate? Maybe I have answered my own question, but I know how particular CGC can be about Cretan things. Note: Don't know if this makes any difference, but ALL of the other non-UV Vintage books being submitted are also "Fast Track". Thanks
  3. Having difficult time trying to understand what the grading impact is of a 1/2" color-breaking corer crease on an otherwise 9.2-9.4 Bronze Age book. I guess the question might be better phrased as "What is the highest/limiting grade that a book with a small color-breaking corner crease can be expected to receive?" Thanks
