    2020: The Summer of Pernts

Nice books and nice grades.  I am curious about the motivation to have Claremont sign the 1st Cable and 1 Deadpool... True that CC is the father of modern X-Men but will you be seeking out other signatures on those books besides the McFarlane signature on NM 87?

New mutants was created by Claremont and mcloud

So you're saying you did have the mental capacity to find that thread?:baiting:

I apologize that it bothers you so much...  I apologize that I am responsible for you wasting your first posts on little ole me...  I apologize that that I made you use your fingers to type a post instead of just trolling the boards...  I am sorry you weren't hugged enough as a child...  I am sorry that self soothing is the only option you have....

If I have forgotten something, I'm sure you will let me know... Karen.  (thumbsu

  3. Outside of the NM 98 going from a CBCS 9.8 to a 9.6, Im extremely thrilled with what I got since the xmen 101 went from a 9.6 to a 9.8 and the GSXM 1 went from a 9.4 to a 9.6.   Safe to say never going to crack those 2 ever again for a sig... :takeit:

The 9.4 xmen though looks like they rushed the press on that one as it still has non color breaking indents...

Does anyone know if there's a site or full listing somewhere out there that has all the names on this cover in text format for the AMS #700 Skyline cover?

Need to put it on alpha order and cross out the names as I get them and being able to print it out makes it a lot easier to remember who exactly is on this instead of trying to search each time I meet a creator to see if they're listed.

Google it. I did. There's an exel sheet with the names. I have it and use it to keep track of the sigs

Been wanting this for a while, but all the pieces weren't in place.  The right credit card (I do that a lot, where I get a cc with a cash back bonus after 3 months), and the right book.  Recently got this and it is right in my wheelhouse.

enjoy the book as it is.

If you absolutely must have a 9.8 on the label resubmit your copy until you get the number.

I paid for a 9.8 on the NM 98 because i was expecting my raw copy to be at best a 9.4 that i was going to flip when it came back.  But i was being cheap and paid for 9.8 cbcs because a 9.8 cgc was 100 more.  Now i regret that since that is the only downgrade i have ever suffered to date and costs more than the 100 i tried to save.  ALL cgc 9.8's i have submitted have stayed 9.8.  I do plan on pressing again when its time to add another sig to them.  Since i have 2 copies of 9.6 maybe one of them will come back 9.8

Not only that but there were also skads of pressers out there before CCS and CGC joined hands. It's not like pressing sprang into life at that point.

I'm constantly amazed by the ignorance of noobs

when i submitted my first books about 7 years ago, I had no idea about pressing, nor was it an option during the submitting process that i can recall.  So let me rephrase that they where not as integrated then as they are now. Honestly, I did not know pressing was an option until I submitted books for McFarlane during the private signing last year.  So i will say that it was not main stream then as it is now?
