I have one of these lying around somewhere - from memory I believe they were printed in Manchester UK, but sold in Australia. 90% sure. If I have time, I'll try to locate it over the weekend. I, for one, would love to know for sure. Must own one!

Definitely one of the nicest hardcovers I've seen! Those are a challenge in grade. I wish Marvel had done HCs!
