    While the top 2 signatures look like Stan Lee and maybe artist, not sure about that bottom signature. Anyway they are not verified in anyway, And bottom one may actually detract from grade. Detached with tape dtracts too. ALso, while may not be spine tears there is wear around that top staple, other spine wear/tics and abrasions on cover. Sorry .. I'd say 4.5maybe 5.0.

    Yeah that taping really knocks it down! It has spine crease, a little blunted corners and back is a bit dirty. With just that IMHO 7.5 but with that poor tape job 5.5

    Besides what is visible staples have slight tarnish, but not rust. Thanks.

    Quite a bit of spine damage too. As is 7.0 If press can take out creases on back and non CB spine tics, you could hit 8.0
