  1. Why run for congress or be a lawyer when I can deal comics and be constantly amused by the knee-jerk dumbassery that gets spewed around here.
  2. So then in that context I guess it is okay for me to say "If" you are unsure of someone's motivation "then" you are a (buffoon, imbecile, insufficiently_thoughtful_person, , fill in the choice that works for you) to say they are corrupt.
  3. Context is everything. I wasn't accusing CGC of being corrupt. I was reacting to Marwood's comment that: "If that's what drives CGC, then its a corrupt company. Full stop." - and what context is this?
  4. The CGC leadership doesn't appear remotely as arrogant as the posters who swear they know what "reflects the best interests of the collecting community".
  5. I've sold 5 or 6 copies in the last twenty years. I never noted the ad page either. Please ad me to the corrupt list.
  6. Nice books, Sean. I hope the boards treat you right!
  7. Love that Crime Fighters cover. It's a different version of a common gag...
  8. Sorry I missed this. They are going up on the site today - https://www.bedrockcity.com/All-American-Comics-%2397-GA007393-6357836/
  9. Actually issue #44 was probably on the stands sometime in November of '43, and issue #43, which also sports a war cover involving the Germans was on the stands a month earlier than that. So those great covers were printed ahead of time, ahead of the Germans declaring war. In fact, these two covers might have even angered Hitler so much that they caused the war.
  10. Bulletman tore up tons of axis stuff...
