  1. Nah, they put in new labels and micro chamber paper. So it has to be encapsulated again. I think they stopped using microchamber paper.
  2. Hit graded today, 10 business days after moving to "scheduled for grading". At 89 business days and counting since the invoice date. Please let us know how your Wolverine 35 turns out. Or at least let Dice know. You might have my sub confused with someone elses? No. Just busting his onions like he busts everyone elses. It's Dice's favorite book now with CGC. I'm thinking of two words. Sounds like, "truck" Sounds like, "blue"
  3. Are you serious? How many does that make that now, 3, 4? Four I think. I actually know where yet another one sits if I ever want to make a little road trip and pick it up.
  4. Help a brother out someday. I tried to sell you the last one.
  5. Hit graded today, 10 business days after moving to "scheduled for grading". All you have left is the three month layover in the slabbing department and you're home free. (thumbs u
  6. The Tick sucks. Speaking of...I just ran across another cherry copy of SE #1.
  7. It is the 1st app of Betsy Braddock. She later became Psylocke. That book never got hot for two reasons - (1) It is outside of traditional American continuity and (2) I have a bunch of copies. I have the NM Annual2.
  8. Congrats! That bone 1 is a nice book! Yeah, that's a very impressive bone you have there.
  9. +1 +1 They already raised rates. Their horrific turnaround times (intentional or unintentional) have forced a large number of Fast Track submissions. Without even saying a word people have hungrily started paying 30-60% more per book with a smile on their faces. Bend over, take it and like it. Don't forget that CGC actually raised rates and started charging for graders' notes. It wasn't just the de facto increase to get your books back in less than 6 months. The actual rate increase on 1/1/12 had ZERO impact to TATs. Maybe they could outsource PGX to encapsulate books for them.

  11. You're not even at 10 business days yet. And since encapsulation takes 2-4 weeks by itself you're likely in for a bit longer wait. They push modern FT through encapsulation faster. My last sub was a few weeks ago and went from Graded to Shipped in 3 days.
  12. Wait...what? Another two weeks? I'm stuck on business day 27 for a FT economy that was graded on business day 21. Well hopefully it will start getting better with convention season upon us.
  13. WTF is that? I just mess my pants laughing! Look at that six pack he has. That's what I call "washboard abs."
  14. He kinda looks like George W Bush. And were it not for the belt you couldn't tell he was wearing pants. With that...horizontal *spoon* he has there.
  15. Looks familiar... I need a cherry #10 and can't ever run across one.
