  1. Yes I go to multiple sales in one day or over 2-3 days.. check what I passed to my friend on Friday in the "post your flea finds" thread
  2. There were about 20 shortboxes laid out on his driveway. Luckily I did buy all of his runs. What’s shown are the highlights. I got full runs of X-Men from 159-316, BP 1-40, WD 7-101, etc. What I didn’t picture is a near full run of Simone Bianchi Batman and Detective Comics covers! That’s a beautiful run that I was stoked to get! And the conditions are high grade
  3. Comics are everywhere in Bottle Rocket's pharmacy scene at 6:20-7:00 mark .. on the wall, spinner rack, discount longbox.. X-Men and Hepcats can bee seen
  4. Wasn't there just an Ontario con in December! Such close proximity!
  5. A double cover would certainly double or triple the value. A dealer friend recently sold NTT Annual 2 (1st Vigilante) vg newsstand for $120 and What If Elektra had not died for $70 at auction .. both double covers.. one day auctions in a closed group also!
  6. Some SA & BA FF I picked up at a yard sale back in January. How could I have not shared these beauts in this thread
  7. A lot of sellers write "could be benefited from a press" "higher grade with a press"
  8. We're overdue for an ebucks promo! Come on ebay! I need that 5% so I can earn $5!
  9. These were at a yard sale for $1 each from the original owner. About 20 shortboxes were laid on the driveway. I ended up leaving with 6 shortboxes for $550. I bought many full runs. These are the highlights
  10. An original owner decided to sell his lifelong collection at a yard sale for $1 each comic. Majority of the time was spent talking with him about every notable comic lol. I left with 6 shortboxes that worked out to $550. I also bought his original Kenner Star Wars loose figures including Boba, Vader and a Vader case. Probably the most fun I’ve had at a sale in a while. He had full runs of Walking Dead, Black Panther, Spawn, Batman, Ghost Rider, X-Men, ASM, etc. These are the highlights
  11. I had a #1 error cover where the silver foil was missing and just white. Found in a dollar bin and sold for $600
  12. $8,352.00 starting bid OBO for Spider-Man Unlimited 1 https://www.ebay.com/itm/203883100027?epid=85492686&hash=item2f7861377b:g:cn0AAOSwdiVh76Si
  13. Isn’t the MK show coming up? Hard to catch a breath. Didn’t Ms Marvel trailer just drop also? Sheesh
  14. I go everywhere in terms of distance for sales promising comics. I don’t go to random sales hoping for comics. Comics are always listed and there’s multiple outlets (apps) to check and I don’t even check all of them. So there’s always an opportunity for everyone to buy comics
  15. Of course my dealer friend also scores for $200! The crazy thing is the guy running the sale hadn’t even brought out the comics until hours after. He’s gifting me the Savage Sword of Conan 1 as a finder’s fee
  16. I go everywhere. A friend who also does the same is likely to make what I do child’s play today. I referred him to a sale out in nowhere and now he’s offering me first print Killing Joke or first print Dark Knight Returns as a finders fee. He bought everything he had, one long box and 2 short boxes for $200. I’m now anxiously awaiting his haul pics until he gets home lol.
  17. Local PO then filed Missing mail search online. My buyer couldn’t wait more than 10 days for the search to the already 30 days b4 he messaged me. I can’t even call IRS rn so it’s a lost cause
