    I had a comic lost by UPSP recently. I had to refund the buyer fully. So I’m out that and the original cost of the book. Was only a $1 but still. Coulda made $35 on a hot book!

    Went to a moving sale. A man’s son was born in ‘83 so he started buying every issue of New Mutants (1-100) as an investment. He bagged and boarded them right away and of course never read them. So they’re all in overwhelmingly high grade shape. Turns out his son never wanted them so I had the pleasure of buying his sole box of comics for a couple of hundreds. His collection also came with some extra X title related tie-ins

    Another weekend another yard sale. $2 comics. I also picked up a few sealed vintage music posters and a Cinefex

    While I was at a con some guy was asking dealers for a Wildcats #1.. he needed that for his collection lol.

    I've bought from this vendor b4.. before I left with the books he wanted to take a look at the cover "for the heck of it" lol.

    None of these are in bad shape. They're mostly NM flat shapes. I was surprised. Even the FCBD/giveaways promos are unstamped. These came from the original owner who took really good care of the comics he collected. He did know the value. He has a big collection and had the books for 10-20+ years. He wanted them gone. He did keep the ASM and Batmans though
