  1. But the masses have also been searching for GI JOE 21 in 9.8 and nobody has slabbed one yet? Were not interested in slabbing our copy which we believe would grade a 9.8 and im sure theres someone who has a HOS 92 posible 9.8 that feels the same way we do. if youre going to keep them, whats the point of having them graded?
  2. I know theres got to be a 9.8 of this book somewhere. Which will come up first...this book or MS #5?
  3. Very nice. A book of that stature NEEDS to be restored. With the cover off and the comic deteriorating the way it was, youd have nothing but dust in 30 years. What most people dont realise about their comics is that they will ALL need to be restored or deacidified if they want to keep them around for the next 5-600 years.
  4. Is it restored? Looks nice either way.
  5. Do you own a copy of #22? Im sure you do. Could you show a scan of it? Id love to see it for the first time.
  6. whats the grade? 8.0 White. I still think it should have been an 8.5. Looks nice...send it back in.
  7. I bought a first print in the late 80's for $120 with my Burger King money ($3.35 an hour) and treasured it up until I sold it. I wish I still had it. It was one of the first money books i owned. I think I sold it after I saw the cartoon.
  8. DAMN....lucky guy. Im surprised nobody picked up on that one. Did the auction end on a tuesday at 3 in the morning??
  9. sell me all of your high grade Joes and ill be on my way!
  10. Im new to the bronze. Ive always been fascinated by the horror books but alas, its too late for me to start collecting them. It would cost an island and I wouldnt even know where to begin.
  11. That is definitely a work of art. One of the coolest covers ive ever seen. You should try to get the color touch removed to get a blue label.
  12. true, the winner may just crack it for a nice reader.
  13. Not to sound ignorant, but i am not sure exactly what Pressing is and what benefits it serves? I figure youll give me the low down as you normally do!
  14. oh yeah, you had the "My holy grail is up for sale" thread which was equally good. Hows the "trifecta" coming? (cgc 9.8s of Hulk 180,181,182)
