Even though WhatNot is gross, I hope this at least remains just a giveaway. The second any book gets sold under an official CGC handle on an auction website (even if it's just an invited artist), there goes their "impartial" grading.

Sometimes it feels like CGC reads the boards just to spite us.

He's the worst. The definition of smarmy. Any time I've seen anything from him it feels like I'm watching a used car salesman peddle snake oil.

Hello all. I hope it's not problematic for me to post this here. I didn't feel like it quite fit in the marketplace section. I'm hoping one of you awesome boardies living in the UK might be able to help me out with a purchase. Long story short, I'm trying to buy some original art from an eBay seller located in the UK. Unfortunately, it seems he's not interested in shipping to the US and hasn't responded to my message about that policy's firmness. I'm looking for someone in the UK to buy the piece for me, then ship it my way once it's in hand. Naturally I'd pay for everything right away + a small commission for helping me out. Thanks!

Some prices did hurt my soul. This was my first time at SDCC so I'm not sure what it's normally like, but several of the booths were quite cramped and hard to dig through (especially the GA bins). Still managed to grab a few cool books: And my wife and I had some fun with costumes: Look forward to next year!
