  4. Cal, Thank you for a smooth transaction and good communication! Sorry for my late reply. I've been off the boards for a while.
  5. Yes, the cover, and also the fight scene between Wolverine and Silver Samurai is one of the best drawn fight scenes in all of comics IMO.
  6. So I have a cool samurai fighting page from Shadowhawks of Legend and I came across the page that came before it, which is the beginning of the fight. Kinda nice to have 2 pages back to back purchased a year apart from each other. I really like the bottom panel!
  7. I'm dropping the price to $60 shipped. Gotta get rid of it.
  8. I finally found the companion page for my other samurai page! I own the one on the right and I just bought the one on the left. It is from Shadowhawks of Legend with the story written by Stan Sakai!
  9. ok, I'm back. I had another login for some reason.
  10. I've been looking for a nice samurai page for a while now. I think this did the trick. It's from Shadowhawks of Legend. Written by Stan Sakai and drawn by James Fry.
  11. Been looking for a nice Samurai themed page for a while. Came across this on eBay today and snagged it. Anyone know if this book is any good? It's called "Shadow Hawks of Legends" and it came out in 1995 as a one-shot. Apparently Alan Moore and Stan Sakai and others were involved (the art from this page was drawn by James Fry).
  12. That is awesome! Would love to see it get inked.
  13. The sad reality is that, at the moment, Stan's sig still sells books no matter his affiliation. I bough a Hulk 181 signed and sketched by Herb Trimpe for $350 and a similar book with only Stan's sig sold shortly after for $450. It's crazy.
  14. This is Captain America: The Chosen #5, page 5 by Mitch Breitweiser. I've been waiting a good 6 years to buy this page and finally had the chance to get it. I love the detail. It's got Cap's origin in there, and iconic running pose in the rain, guns, cars. It tells a story and inspires imagination. Within the entire story, this page is part of a very vulnerable moment for Cap. If you read it in context, it gets a bit emotional.
